The technician “Jeff” went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the his service. I would recommend Tech-24 very highly.
-
I wouldn't recommend any other tech company. I also don't know of any other tech companies.
-
Jeremy Adams and his team are professional and amazing. True craftsman! I would recommend them for any project!

Was referred to TECH24 by southbend as they were "Certified" and the equipment was under warranty. $1400 Later all I get is well southbend doesn't co-operate with them.

Ashley was great. She was very informative and always communicative with the management team. She is super nice and I look forward to working with her again.

We had a small 50 lb fryer go out. I told them over the phone the thermostat needed to be replaced, but they didn't bring one along with them. So they had to come out twice. Each time charging $150 for each trip. Then they charged $150 per hour. Overall I spend $944 to repair a fryer that I could buy brand new for $600. But once you are into the repair its not like you can really back out.

Very unhappy with billing department. I've been overbilled and they refuse to respond to me or correct it. I've sent numerous emails identifying the estimate they provided and what was agreed to and I get no response. I'm now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Their techs were helpful, competent, and all-around great to work with. Unfortunately the billing department ruins the experience.

John, who services Northern Arizona can fix any piece of kitchen equipment. Use them every time at our country club. Highly recommend Tech 24 in Northern Arizona!

Jeremy and his team were incredible. We have experienced some challenges on this project and Jeremy was our rockstar coming up with solutions and making things work. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend you work with them.

My experience is similar to others, call and let then know the exact model number of the broken piece of equipment along with what was broken ( obviously a thermostat, common to go out on commercial grills) they came out to check it and charged trip free on top of an hour labor which they weren't in the store 5 mins. Replaced the thermostat weeks later and charged $700 in parts for a thermostat that's less than $200 anywhere online. While completing the repair they broke another piece and just ordered it and came in and replaced it without authorization and charged anyways. We are into it for a bill of $1,467 for a thermostat replacement.
Their trick is they need a CC number before scheduling the appointment so they can charge you whatever without your approval. Called back to figure out why we were billed so much. Charging multiple 1.5 hour labor charges when you are in the building 5 minutes is criminal. -
Highway robbery!!!! Worthless service request!
Trip Charge, Simple, diagnostics, and cleaning $420??? And our machine was never repaired Because they didn’t understand what was going on with it!!!
Billing department doesn’t answer their phones. Neither do they return calls.. -
I would highly recommend calling this place as a last resort. While a nonfunctioning kitchen equipment can seem life threatening, there is no need to have one of these guys to come over immediately.
First of all, they charge a $200 fee to get a technician over there to take a look at the equipment. So you are paying them $200 for them to tell you what you already know. It's more cost effective to look for either a temp used equipment or something brand new.
Secondly, their cost to fix something is close to the actual value of a new one so think about that as well.
Thirdly, they will probably tell you that a technician will come in within a day or two and then show up immediately. You would assume they came in cause their schedule opened right? Nope, it's so that they can charge you a $50 "expedite fee".
Now all these issues would not have been issues if only their ever caring staff were there to help you via phone. Nope. When you call in for phone support or info, they won't pick up. They will however pick up if you need to schedule a technician. Interesting...
Let me be stupid for you. Think before you schedule. -
When our commercial freezer went out, I had a different company come 4 different times in two weeks. NEVER fixed the problem. They were rude and had the same answer every time. TECH24 was very professional, detailed explanation, and got the job done the first time. I recommend TECH24. THANK YOU

Jonathan did a great job servicing our ice machine. He was very informative of all of his finding and what he was doing.

Terrible company! So we have someone come out, good person and tries to fix and do a repair on a freezer for us. Next thing you know the freezer is still not working and then a different rep comes out and then states to us that they can’t fix it because it’s not supposed to be in food trucks when they should’ve said that from the beginning. Now we are trying to fight with them to get our money back as well get someone else and now we are going to get the $1500+ spent on them to get our wasted money back on something that still doesn’t work.

Tech 24 is available for equipment repairs with minimal notice and resolve issues quickly. In particular, Shaun Lopez is responsive, helpful and very skilled at repairing any/all hot and cold side equipment.
I would recommend calling Tech 24 for any commercial equipment repair or installations. -
Like others, this company is trash. Tech’s are ineffective, multiple visits for a single repair because new parts need to be ordered. After waiting 5 business days to receive parts, service is scheduled a week out.
You cannot speak to a supervisor on the phone, but you have to email them and they will call you back. But the NEVER CALL BACK.
This is for warranty work on a 29 day old dryer.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.
