After a ridiculous experience with a different vendor, my warranty company switched me to this company. On going problem with the other vendor now fixed in 1 week time. This company is tops. On time, quick, clean and actually fixed and diagnoses the issue correctly.

Hard worker and extremely respectful and kind. Was expecting the worse on pricing but it was lower than I had expected.

Jasko was so kind and respectful. He understood the urgency of not having a working refrigerator. He gave a verbal diagnosis over the phone on what he thought the problem was and came out later in the afternoon and did an official diagnosis. He walked me thru how to contact LG to get the compressor replaced under warranty, lucky for me, he keeps them in stock to get the appliance working as soon as possible. He was back the next morning with a new compressor and about 90 minutes later I have a working fridge. So appreciative of his explanation, his professionalism and his promptness. I would recommend Appliance In Motion to anyone needing appliance repair.

Showed up exactly on time and got right to the job! Fast, Courteous, repaired my oven in no time And waited for me to check my oven out for a few days before asking for payment. To make sure everything was working well.…… And charge me a very fair price! I would recommend this company to anybody!

They were unfortunately unable to properly repair our Electrolux refrigerator for nearly 2 months. They did not return calls to keep us apprised of delays, nor did they guarantee their repair. Not a positive experience, however, they thoughtfully offered to refund our $75 fee.
Interesting reply, totally false though, you clearly have us confused with a different customer, no one else worked on our refrigerator and we do not have animals; you stated our refrigerator was so clean it looked new.
I understand why you would embellish the facts, but unfortunately, your “repair” on November 13th only had the refrigerator working for about 2 weeks, and we have no idea what part/s you replaced given we never received any information from you or any work order, you did not guarantee your work, tell the truth. I’m done here, the facts are the truth and others should know you may not be knowledgeable on every make to be able to properly repair their appliance.

We had Appliance In Motion come out to repair our washer. Parts needed to be ordered and within a week it was repaired. Jasko was professional, friendly and on time. Was helpful with information on future maintenance and answered all my questions. We are in Tonopah so we were very happy this company comes out here. I highly recommend this company for any household appliance repair.

Jasko was on time and super informative when it came to the diagnosis of what was wrong with my freezer. Answered any silly questions I had without hesitation. Sometimes you feel like you are getting screwed over told anything so they can up charge you. NOT with this company they showed me the problem and explained where the noise was coming from and what the solution would be. I needed a new freezer motor cause it was bent and cracked. He was super helpful and quick at his job! I would recommend this company to everyone!

My dishwasher failed. Appliance In Motion was selected to verify the repair by the warranty company. They arrived when they said and diagnosed the pump in less than ten minutes. Jasko also installed the new pump, readjusted the fit in the cabinet, tested it, all in less than 30 minutes. Great work.

I recently upgraded my dishwasher, and during delivery the drivers offered to install it for free. Unfortunately, my main water valve broke, so we couldn’t test it. Once the water was restored, I discovered the dishwasher wasn’t getting any water. After trying to troubleshoot it myself without success, a friend recommended Appliance In Motion.

I called and was able to book an appointment for the very next day. Jasko did an outstanding job! He was professional, efficient, and thorough in explaining both the issues and the solutions. He not only fixed the water issue, but also repaired the junction box the original installers had damaged as best as he could, added a high loop to prevent dirty water from flowing back into the dishwasher, and shared helpful tips to keep it running smoothly.

Truly a wonderful experience. I've had other appliance repair companies come to look at my washer before. Never once was it fixed. Appliance In Motion recognized it had effectively reached end-of-service and let my home warranty company know. The next day, I was able to select a new washer, and I couldn't be more grateful.
