Anthony did a good job diagnosing the problem with my washer. He was also helpful with my dryer and oven. He explained what repairs need to be done and why I likely had a problem. He also discussed the repair price so I wouldn't be surprised. He was careful with my appliances and my floor when he moved my washer. I do wish your repairman could carry repair parts in their vehicles. Not Anthony's fault.

I highly recommend Appliance Care! Randy came out and was able to fix both my fridge and my dishwasher (to my surprise) while educating me about lots of things that other appliance repair places got wrong. One place previously told me I had to replace my fridge and dishwasher (there was nothing that could be done, they said). They were wrong! Randy showed me that all that was needed was a software update on my dishwasher and...fixed! I'm so glad Randy helped me this week. He was super knowledgeable, educational, and polite. Please give this man a raise!

Dan with Appliance Care and Repair was very helpful in fixing my washer! He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part through the machine's warranty, and came to fix the machine promptly after the part was delivered. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy in his work. I will definitely be calling Appliance Care and Repair for any Appliance repairs in my home from here out!

Randy arrived promptly after testing his ETA, came with the likely needed parts, explained the likely problem based on our description, explained what he would do, did the work efficiently, showed the damaged/worn-out parts that were replaced, processed our payment, and then was on his way. We were very pleased with his work manner and personality.

I called for an appointment in the morning and they were able to send somebody out within 1 hour. The appliance technician who came out did a fantastic job and was quite professional.

Fabrizio came over to fix the dishwasher and did a great job. Quick diagnosis and an easy fix, but he let me know as well of some potential problems that might come up. Very happy and Appliance Care is more on my Go To list.

Jason arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with our oven. He didn't have the part with him that he needed to make the repair. He didn't have to, but he went to a parts store, got the part and came back the same day to complete the repair. Excellent customer service!

Great experience on this service call. Patrick M., the Tech, was early, very easy to speak with, was very knowledgeable and was able to fix two common problems we were having with our 8-year-old refrigerator. We had been having two problems with refrigerators pretty much the day we got it. Frigidaire had told us during the warranty period that they were not able to fix either problem. When we explained the problems to Patrick he immediately understood and said he had fixes for both. 24 hours later and all the problems disappeared. Couldn’t be happier.

Raymond with Appliance Care and Repair was wonderful!. He was very polite and helpful. It was quick to get a next day appointment and Raymond was right in the timeframe that I was given. I would definitely use Appliance Care and Repair again. I asked for his card and he gave me one that was a magnet so if I have any Appliance issues I will call them.

He was very thorough diagnosing my refrigerator issues and pricing out the repair costs. He was honest and didnt try to sell me items that were expensive and would not extend the life of my unit. Bought a new unit and am very happy!

Then, my fridge stopped working! This time I called Appliance Care and Repair. We made an appointment for the very next morning. For a flat diagnostic fee, Dan showed up—early. He went the extra mile, even calling Samsung and his boss for my fridge. He gave me the honest truth: $1200 to fix a 10-year-old fridge. Meanwhile, in minutes, he unclogged my dishwasher—no costly part needed! Thanks to Dan’s skill and honesty, I paid only the consult fee, saved $1800, and now I’ll just upgrade my fridge. Polite, professional, and a total lifesaver. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
