Richard's the only repair guy I trust. My first interaction with him inspired so much confidence I won't ever call anyone else. I needed my dryer to be completly repaired. After he assesed all of the work it needed he told me what the cost would be. I was willing to pay it and he said hed love to do the job but he was duty bound by his ethics to let me know that he knows of a fantastic deal at a best buy outlet where I could replace it with an updated model for less than the repair. Even confirmed it would be a perfect fit and all hook ups were the same. I was incredibly impressed with his character, transparency, and knowledge. That's why I've never used anyone else since.
