This place is a joke.They come to repair a fridge and 24 hours later still not working.The front desk girls do not seem to know whats going on.Do not have this place repair any appliance.The front desk girls are very rude they think they know everything.

Unreliable service. Don’t waste your time. I wish I had read the reviews first before scheduling with this company.

I have nothing but excellent service from the receptionist to the gentleman who came out to work on our washer. I am very happy with them.

Do not answer phone. Do not send technician as scheduled. Did not fix the fridge as expected. Do not waste your time with this company.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't know what they are doing.... the person that takes the calls I'm guessing is the owner is rude and so uneducated on customer service. JUST SAY NO TO AUTHORIZED APPLIANCES.

Several missed or cancelled appointments , no courtesy call . Feels like you have to call ahead of your appt just to confirm otherwise their gonna loose it or forget you even had one and blame someone or something else . Would not recommend this business to anyone

Made an appointment before looking at the reveiws, then asked a friend if they had used this company before and turns out she got scammed by them, so i called to cancel my appointment and the receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME AND FUSTRATION AND GET SOME REAL PROFESSIONALS !!!

I had a Capitol Gas cook top that one burner was not working, it had elec start pilot they had to order from manuf.Part came in a week So they called and set second appt 12-4 on the day before i was moving out of my sold home,(New owners took possession next day ) THE uhaul was packed by 2pm and I waited and waited I did not get a call till 3:50 pm and then the guy hung up so i called back and got there VOICE MESSAGE SYSTEM but you cant leave a message I continued to wait till 5 pm and keep trying to reach them for an explanation!!!! for the next 3 days i continued to try to reach them with 0 success finally did get them and said there was an emergency REALLY so call me back have so decency and consideration FOR MY TIME or answer your DAMN phone!! THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER i WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER AND SUGGEST THEY REMOVE THEM FROM THERE REFERRAL LIST FOR REPAIRS .They called today to get the balance of the $255 repair did not offer any compensation or discount and the new owners say the burner is continually clicking to light I am so done with this company !!!! terrible !!!

Charged $75 to diagnose washer ordered part week later replaced part charged $125 and told it would now cost more than a new one to fix reporting to better business bureau.

The worst appliance repair company. They showed up outside of the scheduled window by 3 hours and did not return phone calls. @Lowes should drop them from their warranty service.

do not use this company. awful service and half A** ownership. because they couldnt get a part for my refrigerator i did some research and had to find it on my own. they are interested only in collecting the service call fee and moving as quickly as they can from house to house. brutal company as indicated by many others that have reviewed them on yelp and elsewhere. i should have known.

Too bad there isn't an option for zero stars. I have tried calling this company for the last week (multiple times and at different times during their hours of operation) to get an update on when they will come and fix our appliance that hasn't been working for over a month. Have not talked to one person. Not one. Would not recommend at all and am seriously surprised they have more than a one star as an average rating.

Lowes set up service. for my LG washer, Jeff has been out to my home. 5 times sometimes just looking at the machine and making a diagnosis. The drum has been replaced ,then the shocks had to be replaced, then the bolts had. to be replaced the last 2 times as soon as it was pronounced fixed it was leaking before he even go to the end of the street.

Not impressed. Pricey repair on my LG icemaker and technician never checked to see that the water flow was adequate to fill trays. Phone follow-up with office was edgy. I decided to finish the job myself rather than risk another 250 bill.

If there was a ZERO rating that is what they would get!! Worst experience ever!!! I could not believe the customer service provided. Long story short these guys were back a second time after ordering wrong part. So the rep by the name of Greg proceeded to repair the wrong burner and as I noticed politely advised him he was repairing wrong one. He seemed confused and then realized he brought wrong part down. Back to him car got correct one and replaced I had to make sure he was doing this right he did not like that and stated "are you always up everyone ass like this"! I was excuse me, you seem like you don't know what your doing so it's important I protect my appliance.. he did not like refused to give me managers number WARNING DO NOT USE THEM.!!!!!

Just awful company. You can’t get a hold of them. When they come out, they break things worse than before. They came out because my washer squeaks. And now it leaks. When I called them to tell them this. They said that’s supposed to happen! What!! They lie to Lowe’s to explain why items are still not repaired. If there was zero stars I would give them that.

What horrible customer service! The tech that came out and determined that I needed new parts was friendly enough. After waiting a week for an update, I called and was rudely told that they were waiting for parts and that was not their problem. I asked the woman for her name and was hung up on after being told I was arguing with her. Once this repair is done, I will NEVER use or recommend this company again!

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A REPAIR COMPANY!!! The guy that came to my house slandered the company and even told me about the bad reviews they had online! (I should have known then!) After he "fixed" my washing machine it FLOODED all over my house! My email to the company was not read because they "didn't have time" and when I finally got through by phone the lady told me that the tech that came out was the only one who serviced my area. Not going to let tweedledum mess things up anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
