I had an issue with my kitchen hood — the motor was making a terrible noise. The technician came quickly, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the right part. Now it works perfectly and quietly, just like it should! Great service, clear communication, and professional attitude. Definitely recommend!

Repair man was excellent. He arrived within the appointment window, texted well ahead of time to say he would be near the end of the window, texted he when he was enroute. Did all the diagnostics, gave a very fair assessment of the problem. Based on the age of the fridge and what was needed to repair it we decided to buy a replacement. When we told him that he agreed and didn't try to push repair service. We asked him about repairs experience with the major brands we were considering, and he advised us on his experience of five years in Arizona.

I really don’t like it when something breaks at home — but sometimes it just happens. A friend recommended this company, so I decided to give them a try, and you know what? I wasn’t disappointed. A neat and professional technician came over, diagnosed my microwave, had the replacement part with him, and quickly changed the door sensor. The microwave used to start spinning as soon as the door was shut, even without pressing the start button. Now everything works perfectly. I’m happy and will definitely call them again in the future.

So glad I found RareCare! I've had multiple technicians in my home trying to fix my broken dishwasher with no luck. Every single one only delayed the problem and took their fee!
