Please go somewhere else and save your money and time! Horrible service, cannot believe they are Frigidaire appliance approved by their representative.

Broke our fridge door and made it worse creating a leak and then crating the wood flooring to lift and more damage. After reaching out they ignored my calls and texts and now the process is even longer. This company is a fake and should not be in business.

This is a company that is terrible for service repair. I called to report a problem that ice maker is not making ice. Service person came out and said the ice bin was full or ice. I had purchase to night before because the ice maker was not working that is way I called in the first place. They do not return calls. For service call costing 89 dollars I got nothing. I have been a plumber / contractor for over 40 years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Please take this as a warning and call another company for your service.
They came out to look at my washing machine, told me the suspension was bad, replaced it that day $327.90. Did a load of laundry had the exact same issue, called them back and they send someone over the next week. Said they must have gotten a bad set of suspension so they ordered another set. Installed the part said it was good to go. Did a load of laundry and had the exact same issue. They send the tech out again and now my washer needs another over $300 part. They are telling me it needed both, the technician figured out the second issue in 15 minutes. If he had spent the time on the first visit and told me the total repair would be over $600 I would have paid for the service call and bought a new washer instead.
While on was on the phone explaining the situation to the service rep she was dismissive and rude. I'm not surprised this company has such a low rating. Wish I would have checked before calling.

I was so worried that they were one of two companies I had to choose from because of my warranty from Spencer’s and the reviews were horrible. My guess is that mad people tend to review and satisfied happy customers seem to get on with their busy lives.

We needed service on our Whirlpool washer under Lowe's Protection Plan. Authorized Appliance was assigned to our claim. The day before the scheduled service call, the tech called to confirm the appointment and give an approximate time that he would arrive. The next day, the tech arrived shortly before anticipated. It didn't take long before he had diagnosed the problem and got the washer running again. He indicated that the control board should be replaced for reliability, that he would have to return after securing the part. It was just before a holiday weekend but early the next week, he called to let us know that he would be back the next day and the approximate time. Again, he arrived shortly before the anticipated time. It didn't take long for him to replace the board and test the repair. As an added bonus, he indicated that the washer needed leveled so he also did that. This repair experience definitely exceeded my expectations. With the numerous online complaints about this company and an anticipated control board shortage, I did not expect to have this positive outcome! I did not get the tech's name but he definitely deserves this positive review.
