Udin came to diagnose our washing machine on the same day. He was honest and helped us make the decision to buy a new machine rather than throw parts and labor at a larger problem. He was efficient and courteous.

Udi did an amazing job. Been having issues with my dryer and he cane and found the mistakes made by thr last technician we had, fixed it and all current issues, explained well, and was prompt. We were able to return to our laundry quickly. Being without a dryer for weeks is rough and Udi did amazing. Highly recommend him.

Repairman came out on Sunday that was great. He came back on Monday to replace the parts he had to order. Great service and quick response. I will call Toto for any repairs in the future.

My older washer wouldn't agitate or spin so Udi did a diagnostic check, discovered a broken actuator and replaced it.
Payment by credit card was easy with his phone app and the receipt was immediately emailed.

Mark did a great job in maintenance of our SubZero refrigerator, include fixing freezer drawer not closing properly!

They came very quickly, arrived on time, communication is very good, they respond quickly, Mark the technician is very friendly and respectful, and he is very knowledgeable, price very reasonable.

Be careful! They do not quote your costs up from and then hit you with a $225 trip charge plus labor and parts! Absolutely ridiculous and seems purposeful that they hide it since my tech said he had heard from his previous customer that they also weren’t quoted……didn’t wear booties and tracked in dirt. Didn’t explain work or costs til it was done. Tech said if I don’t like price, he can take the part off the oven and leave with just a trip charge! Service does not align with the brand

Communication prior to the appointment was excellent. The technician, Jordan, was highly professional and helpful with questions and concerns. The repair of our range was completed quickly and the fix was fully described for us. Jordan also helped us with questions about our Sub Zero refrigerator and installed a new circuit board that was a warranty issue. I would definitely use tricity again!

Robert Dalke is my tech and he is excellent! He is extremely professional and cares so much about the customer. I am highly satisfied and I know I am in good hands with Tri city and with Rob if anything goes wrong with my appliances. Especially with these high end machines, the company you choose really matters; I won’t call anyone else!

Sub zero fridge needed part as stopped cooling end of July. Worked great until now when it was 66 degrees inside this morning! Called Tri city and they were out within the hour and put a new part in as first one was faulty! Great service by Devin! Thank you!
