Never showed up. No call, nothing. Had to call out a different company after waiting all day.

By no means inexpensive, this company has nonetheless provided excellent service and has shown a true willingness to accomodate a customer's last-minute schedule.

Mike was on time, and awesome to work with. He diagnosed the issue immediately, and repaired the unit. I would highly recommend this company. From the first phone call to the repair of my unit everyone was awesome!

Udi is Amazing! My washer went down, and I thought it was ready for the junk yard. I found Toto and Udi came out so quick and fixed it like it was nothing! I would definitely recommend Toto and Udi!

Called for washing machine issue, after inspection suggested the cost to repair not worth the machines value. Better off buying new. Honesty goes a long way.

I live near Paradise valley and I had a few appliances that I bought from Home Depot that after a couple of years started to have an issue, I didn't know who to call because sometimes to fix something cost way more than buying a new one but these guys were able to help me and did a really good job. The service was fast and easy. I will call them again

Out of the blue, our Samsung washing machine failed to start movement for it's wash cycle. After researching repair companies, I selected Toto Appliance Repair. Udi came out the next day and diagnosed the problem as the drum motor not functioning due to either a faulty motherboard or drum motor sensor. He was going to order and test both to find out which, but unfortunately, Samsung only sells the electronics as a package and the price is over half the price of our 5 year old machine. His recommendation was to shop for a new washer instead.

Not the best news but Udi was great - polite and professional - and I appreciate that he considered what was more practical for us rather than his bottom line. As he also services garage doors and does locksmith work, I will absolutely keep his information as a resource for these things as well.
