I will go to no other place to get the breakers I need! Aryeh is an incredible owner. I was working a shut down on a Sunday and after I got into the job realized the bus kit was 1 screw short (it happens) I texted him he answered immediately and he had the missing screw to me in 35 minutes. I am continually amazed at his knowledge of all types of gear and his fantastic customer service! Thank you so much Brand New Electric!

Bought gfci for pool. Double the price here than anywhere else. Do not buy from this company. They refused to honor their return policy. Buyer beware.

Excellent all around. I came in few months back to sell some breakers and a disconnect and left with more money than expected. I'm going back today and from now on will not go anywhere else. Love these guys

This company sells used equipment for much more money that the price of new equipment available on internet.
I went to Brand New Electric, Inc on 5/24 to buy a circuit breaker for my pool pump . I brought the existing one with me. I asked the employee to test my existing breaker. He refused saying that he could not unless the breaker was wired. He did not open the box to show me the new breaker. I trusted him. I paid $208.95 tax included. The price on the internet market is around $96 to $110. On June 7th, I returned the breaker I purchased from the company in its original box. The employee looked at it and said "I cannot take it back because a wire was inserted at least once in the connectors and this is not a new circuit breaker anymore". Having not used this new circuit breaker, I was sold a used breaker by this company. I could not see any trace left by any wire on the breaker.

Don’t sell you’re breakers or any electrical equipment They try to rip me off The owner got mad because I didn’t take his offer for $700 I with to other guy that give me $4500 so obviously he’s the rip off plus he overcharges people for breakers

Went in today and the people working here are the rudest!! No knowledge no manners no human decency! Save your money!

We use CES for a lot of our electrical part needs. We have no problems with any other of their locations. But this location has one of the rudest employees I have ever worked with. You never quite know if he's actually helping you or not. This has been my experience multiple times. I walk in sit down and wait to be help. After a about half a min he lays a note pad down in front of you and looks up with a pen in his hand. Then I tell him why I am therefore IE pick up or return parts. Then he goes over to the computer press and some buttons still hasn't said a single word to me other than inaudible moan. And then the phone rings and he's very quick to pick that up and talk to the guy on the other side of the phone. Mind you he still hasn't said a word to me yet. I brought the matter up with the store manager his suggestion was to shop somewhere else. Trust me I won't be using them for parts anymore. After comparing prices on over $7,000 in parts I would have saved about $800 going to The Orange Box save your money and time. But if you do have to go to this location be sure to ask for Patrick he will at least treat you like a human.
