Everytime I come here I receive terrible customer service. They do not acknowledge you and they are very rude when you ask them for help. Everyone in there needs to be retrained and or replaced.

My air-conditioning went out , I called an AC company and they tried to sell me on a new unit. I felt weird about it so I called an electrician. Garett and his crew were responsive and quick to fix the breaker panel at my parents home so that their AC was in working condition. It saved us from having to stay at a hotel for the weekend while some friends were in town. Coppertown’s completed several projects for us over the years, installing electrical in a detached garage, installing a dryer outlet, replacing a pool pump, and other things I know I’m forgetting and we’ve been very happy every time! No hesitation recommending them to friends and family!

After calling several national chains who could not provide in-home service for at least a week, I contacted Coppertown Electric and while emergency service (w/in two hours was available) the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to walk through all the symptoms with me, then walked me through my home's panel and we were able to fix the electrical issue w/out a service call. When most companies will send you to an answering service, I called Coppertown and talked to someone extremely knowledgeable and as important, someone willing to help out right there on the phone. Saved me $100's and I can't thank them enough!

While opening a business other electric contractors failed to keep their initial appointment with us. Copper Electric showed up quoted the job and performed the job with such amazing skills and professional experience. The job was completed I. A timely fashion. Jerry did an AMAZING job of scheduling everything and keeping us informed of everything with the job. If you need any electrical service don't hesitate to Copper Electric.

On a hot Saturday morning, a sanitation truck drove through our driveway and ripped the overhead electrical line off of one of the buildings in our Condominium complex. This action rendered 6 units without power.
Coppertown Electric was contacted and within 2 hours, Garrett was on site to evaluate the situation. Because it was Saturday, and regulatory agencies were not available to consult, a temporary generator needed to be placed on the property. Garrett had the generator placed and up and running within a period of hours, restoring power to all of the affected units.
The professionalism that was exhibited by Coppertown was exemplary. Garrett is a fifth generation electrician and his knowledge base is comprehensive and accommodating.
Coppertown ascertained the appropriate permits and scheduled inspections with APS and City of Phoenix without delay, all the while being conscientious of the money we needed to pay out of pocket for this event.
These are the ONLY people to call if you want knowledgeable, fairly priced electrical services.

They came out promptly, did great work, cleaned up right away, very professional. I had one issue that they promptly took care of with a phone call. These are the guys you want to call.

I'd give this company 6 stars if I could. I own a custom cabinetry shop and Coppertown has helped us with multiple projects and just assisted moving all of our machinery into our new building. They do what they say there are going to do and they do it when they say they are going to do it. Highly recommend to anyone.

Bought a new home with some questionable junction boxes and AC wiring. Coppertown responded quickly, obtained the proper permits, corrected the wiring and called City to inspect all at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

Garrett was great and fixed our problem in no time at all. He knows his stuff. He only fixed what was broken and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. I would definitely call Coppertown Electric again.

Garrett was great! He came out and diagnoised the problem after I had three other electricians out who insisted nothing was wrong. They were quick, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Two weeks from yesterday my electrical box caught fire burning majority of circuits resulting no electricity. I called my home warranty that Thursday morning and the electrical company they contacted could not come out till the next day. There were issues that involved SRP which would take the electrical company the following Tuesday to work on. Saturday I called Coppertown Electric and talked to Garrett (had all the right answers to my questions very knowledgeable very nice very professional) about my issue, he said he could have someone out same to see problem. I then called my home warranty Saturday said I've been without electricity now for three days can we use another company. Gave them Coppertown Electric phone number told them company has a great reputation. My home warranty looked into Coppertown Electric and gave me the okay to use them. Jeff (super nice guy extremely knowledgeable) came out looked at electrical issue. Next day Sunday, Garrett and Jeff took care of the SRP issue and by the evening Jeff and Nevin worked on my electrical box and had my electricity going. Thank you to all the super nice guys that helped me out, thank you Coppertown Electric.
