I was in need off an electric upgrade for my house built in 1959. I contacted Coppertown Electric and got an immediate response. They were out there the next day for an inspection. I received a clear and concise estimate within days as to the cost and time required for the job. They even provided me with a generator for essential needs while my power was off. They handled all the inspections and power company appointments to get me up and running. I wouldn't hesitate to call them with any future problems that may occur.

Highly recommend. Responsive, same-day service. Professional. Garrett solved the many mysteries of my complex electrical issues in a timely manner. He's honest, fair, and got the job done quickly. Will definitely seek him out as I repair and replace electrical fixtures and wiring in my home.

These guys were awesome! Highly recommend to anyone looking for any electrical needs. We used them to install new lights in our home. Jerry was the best, very knowledgeable and you could tell he really loves what he’s doing! He really was a joy to have at the house, I almost felt like we had a friend over. Definitely will use them again!

I was wanting to upgrade my parents electric panel but had no idea what steps to take. After calling 3 other electric companies, which they did not answer and/or called back, I called Coppertown and got an immediate response, we scheduled a date and time for an inspection, received an immediate estimate and within days we had a bigger panel installed! They made this process stress free as they handled all the inspections and power company appointments. I highly recommend them, I now have someone to call with any future needs! I contacted Coppertown Electric early in the morning for an emergency service. Garrett answered the phone and had his crew on site within 1 hour of the call. Fantastic follow through, professionalism and quality of work. The Coppertown crew had APS on site for the permitting process super quickly and power was restored to the building later in the day. I highly recommend Coppertown Electric and absolutely 100% will be using them again in the future.

Coppertown Electric is awesome!! What I thought was an air conditioning problem ended up being an electrical issue. Two other companies ended up being a nightmare (not to mention a waste of time & money) before Jerry, Garrett, & Coppertown Electric saved the day (and the summer!) We hired an AC company because we thought we had an AC issue, but they referred us to "their electrician". Well, "their electrician" couldn't fix it and neither could "their friend's electrician company." Frustrated, we decided to look online where we found Coppertown Electric based off of Google reviews and the fact they are a small, local non-corporate business. Coppertown Electric lived up to their 5 star reviews with professionalism, politeness, fair prices, and excellent customer service! Amanda was super-friendly, answered the phone right away, and she prioritized our electrical issue to being able to have electricians knocking on our door within an hour. Jerry and Garrett were both super-friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable. Being without AC in Arizona is like a fish without water, we cannot live without it, especially with a 4-month-old baby! Thankfully, Coppertown came and saved the day by fixing our electrical issue that the other two companies couldn't figure out! Jerry is fluent in Spanish and after he fixed our AC actually helped my neighbor who was having some car issues. It was also nice that Jerry is a veteran and he conversed with my father who is a vet that doesn't talk to anyone other than veterans. Coppertown Electric is whom I refer to those who I care about that need electricity! My only regret is not finding them sooner!

This company is awesome. There response time with quoting and getting back to you makes doing business with them a great experience. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They replaced and added lighting in our manufacturing shop Nico LLC. When the job was finished it was quality work. This is a great company to do business with. The main point of contact was Amanda Stein who is awesome. She always keeps you updated with the scheduling and the work performance of the employees. They have a strong team with a passion for excellent service. She also educates you with other products and services they offer.

I called Coppertown Electric at 10am today, needing someone to troubleshoot and repair lights and outlets being dead in about 1/3 of my home.

I was told someone would be here within 2 hours and call when they start this way.

It's 11:19am and the legendary Troubleshooter just left after very quickly and accurately diagnosing and repairing our issue. Orlando was patient with our questions, took time to educate us on the issue and why it happened, and provided full transparency in the billing breakdown.

We're prepping to call again in the future for an electrical project we've been putting off for a couple years. I can't stress enough how fantastic the service was.

I called this company and got an answer right away at 10pm on a Monday night. Garrett was very helpful in trying to help me understand what my problem was and was to my house in less than an hour from the time I called. He was professional and knowledgeable about his work.

Be careful about their crazy charges!! I called them at 12pm when my power outlets were not working. Technician got to me at 4pm and checked the circuit breakers. Looks like the circuit breakers had turned off, so he turned them on. I was charged $200, that it was an emergency charge because he came on the same day and another $135 for turning back on the circuit breakers as labor. So be careful as you order service.

The electricians at Coppertown we’re great. They were on time, friendly, professional, and were able to answer our questions throughout the process of getting a quote and completing the work. Their work was also quick and so far seems to have been superb. The new panel they put in and all the extra wiring is neat and tidy. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Beyond all that, they were by far the most affordable of four different quotes we got for the exact same work. Not only would my wife and I recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician in the Phoenix metro, but we would also not hesitate to call again for any future work that we may need.

We called at 5pm on a weekday when our main breaker went out and it’s 8pm and we have it replaced and my twin 2 years old have AC in time for bedtime. We could not be more pleased with the entire team. Would 10/10 recommend and we will definitely use them again.

Coppertown electric is literally one of the best electric companies out there. They are very friendly and respectful and know what they are doing. I have used them for multiple things and they just got done putting a brand new breaker box on my house and looks great. I will always recommend them to anyone. Also Amanda was a breeze to work with and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

As a tradesman myself I appreciate the aesthetics of conduit bends and overall craftsmanship they have provided. Very professional staff and truly reliable.

Garrett and Coppertown Electric were absolutely outstanding! I called them at 8:17PM on a Sunday night and Garrett was there by 9:30PM at the latest. Jerry & Eddy were great. We reached out to Coppertown Electric for an emergency call (afterhours) on an apartment building we manage in downtown Phoenix. They came quickly, and stayed as long as required to ensure everything was working properly. I appreciate both electricians they sent (Jerry & Eddy) as well as Garrett who made sure we received service, they have earned a new customer and we will call them going forward for any electrical issues we have.

I called Coppertown Electric and they answered the phone immediately-a technician (Orlando) came out soon after. Orlando did a fantastic job. He was excellent at explaining complicated electrical work and was so patient with our questions. 10/10 would definitely choose them again!

I was able to get an appointment within a week. Orlando was a great tech! My 1951 house can be a little tricky, but he got everything done perfectly. Highly recommend!

It was Saturday at my son's house and turned the Main Breaker off to the whole house to do some routine maintenance.
When I attempted to turn the power back on it refused.
I tried more than 100 times to get the breaker switch to go on and stay on, but it refused.
So here we are with mom, dad and 3 kids under 10 with no power, no lights and a refrigerator full of food that wouldn't last until Monday.
All the supply houses and electric companies closed at noon and all i could get was answering services.
Then I found Coppertown Electric!

Garrett Had a technician that would be finishing up another job shortly and would call to let us know when he could make it by.

Orlando the Tech called to let us know he was on the way and arrived with the parts needed to fix the situation.
He was just a super guy doing all he could do to get us back up and powered. It was quite late by the time he finished but charged us only what they had quoted.
CopperTown Electric is my only electrician from now on
