Not a great or safe place to work at all. Tony will not let you turn a breaker off at all under any circumstance. You have to work on hot live circuits and s itches without supervision and on ladders. Tony refuses to purchase a lift for safe installations as it would cost him money. He had an employee go to the hospital from working on a ladder instead of getting a lift.

We called them for a smaller job and they came out quickly and said they could get ours done in a few weeks. A month went by and we never heard anything so we checked in. Said they missed our text and that they would be able to do the job the following week. 3 weeks went by and we hadn’t heard from them so we texted and called them. Never got an answer or text/call back. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst Electrician Ever! Cole come out and did absolutely nothing to assess my issues with my breaker. Then got rude and stormed out of my house and slammed my door as well. Completely unprofessional. This company is setup to rob you of you're money.

Maybe it's because we went through our home warrantee and they contract with Sunbelt Electric, but not a great experience at all. Technician was in our house for maybe 4 minutes, total, left, and that's all we heard. Received a text that technician requires follow up and they will reach out to schedule. That was the end of it, silence thereafter. No follow up, no reporting, no update, no info what-so-ever was provided. After calling Sunbelt to get an update of some type, I was told that technician says, "there was no problem." No problem?? Not sure what that means, there is obviously a problem, or we would have never gone through the head ache of scheduling a company to come out. Now back to square one (but with less money now because we had to pay to the tech to come out). Not good, not good at all.

Cole was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, asking about other issues he noticed that could be fixed easily, that weren't directly related to the original issue. He was fast, got here earlier than expected, and was so kind to my curious son who wanted to watch him and ask questions. I'm so happy with the work he did today!

Paul was amazing and went above and beyond. He was so pleasant and took the time to explain to me what he was doing while trouble shooting my electrical issue.

I submitted a work request and they were at my house the next day! I highly recommend this company and hopefully you will be lucky enough to work with Paul.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough. I was working from home early in the morning with my child home sick when I realized my electrical outlet in my office was on fire! I was absolutely terrified and called the first place I could find on Google. Frank not only dropped everything to help me put the fire out, but he also asked me to send photos and videos of the outlet so he could figure out how it started. Frank even called that evening to make sure everything was okay. I wish all companies were as thoughtful and customer-focused as the amazing team at Sunbelt Electric. Thank you, Frank and team!

Sunbelt was assigned to come out for a warranty call related to current/intermittent issues with outlets/wiring not consistently working. The office called right away and was very professional setting up our appointment. The technician Cole arrived early which was appreciated and quickly identified the issues and fixed our outlets. He was very knowledgeable. Thank you Cole for simplifying this process and getting everything back in running order!

Frank and his team at Sunbelt are fantastic! I would highly recommend them (and do) for any type of residential or commercial electrical work. We were in a pinch and needed to get a repair done right away because we lost power to the whole house. Sunbelt was able to get a tech out right away and had the issue resolved in minutes. They could have taken advantage of the fact that we were without power and would have paid whatever price they quoted, but they were more than fair and did a great job. Thank you to Frank and his entire team at Sunbelt!

Dave was great! Our home warranty company sent him out when there was an electrical issue with our brand new water heater. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than half an hour, and also helped us with another small electrical problem we were having. Very happy with the service, will definitely use the company again.

To start, I had to adjust my schedule with only a few days notice and the rep I spoke to no the phone was very friendly and accommodated me no problem. Jim arrived after a heads-up phone call, he was very courteous and was able to fix some mysterious wiring issues very quickly. He took the time to explain everything to me and did an overall great job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I would give them a zero rating. They were sent out through my home warranty company. My garage ceiling light was not working. We took off the glass dome housing and fixture and noticed burnt wires. The tech saw the plastic fixture securing the wiring had burnt wire remnants and said it was a fixture repair and only did a visual inspection of the wiring coming out of the garage ceiling. He never got on a ladder and went up to look at the wiring from the ceiling. Sunbelt took days to submit their diagnosis to my warranty company and closed out the claim before my warranty company even notified me. When I asked them to come back out to assess the wiring they said no because their tech closed out the claim. I videotaped the entire time the tech was out and told Sunbelt I had proof of the incomplete assessment and they said they don't " dispute the tech" account of events, basically saying I was lying. My home warranty is appealing and is considering dropping Sunbelt as a vendor. They said their manager and owner don't have business phone numbers when I asked to speak to either. I said they take people's money for shoddy assessments and the rep said I didn't pay them directly I paid my warranty company, as if this is an excuse for bad service. Sunbelt didn't even offer an apology. They don't do outside work other than home warranties. For everyone that gets assigned Sunbelt through your home warranty,don't let them send Sunbelt, have them reassign another vendor. Otherwise you will get a closed claim based on poor diagnosis and end up paying for another service fee. Never again

Changed Electrical Disconnect Unit that powers AC unit on the roof.

This company came as part of an insured repair problem. We were so pleased with Paul’s professionalism and attention to detail. He arrived before the estimated time range we expected and was finished within that estimated arrival time! And this wasn’t a quickie job - he was working on the Roof to replace an electrical unit that powers the heat pump/AC unit. We were very pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend this electrician and his company and I’m putting their contact information into my phone. I can’t think of a statement that says more about my opinion.

After being without hot water for a week, I was thrilled to see Paul arrive as scheduled (the day before Thanksgiving) to fix my hot water heater. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the water heater up and running again very quickly. Paul was on time, professional, and pleasant. Would highly recommend Sunbelt Electric.

I rent, and my landlord used Sunbelt Electric for an issue with the fan/ light fixture in a bedroom. The technician, Paul, arrived on time, assessed the issue and explained the options clearly and professionally. He was polite and made an effective fix while a final decision for ultimate repair is being reviewed by the landlord. Very pleased with the service and the way I was treated.

Cole, the technician sent was a total professional. The company let me know when they were on the way and everything went smoothly. I used them for an American Home Shield warranty repair on three ceiling fans, and I was so impressed with Cole's professionalism that I then I contracted them to replace four exterior security lights. I definitely recommend them and I will use them again.

These folks are awesome! They really went to bat for me when dealing with the home warranty people (they literally spent hours being interrogated by them) after I made a rookie mistake with regards to how to work with home warranty people. Thanks to them I was able to get my electrical box replaced and the work was approved by the home warranty! They were also professional and did great work! They even did a temporary fix to keep me going until they could do the actual repairs! I will definitely be using them again when I need electrical work and highly recommend them!

I had a technician named Cole he fixed a problem where the middle counter in my kitchen before outlets did not work. It had been broken for about three years. He came in and had it fixed in five minutes. Very helpful timely and professional. I would recommend this company and this technician to my friends and family. Thank you Sunbelt electric!!!

My home warranty company chose this company and I could not have chosen better. Technician arrived as scheduled, assessed my problem and had my power restored in less than 30 minutes! I could not have been more pleased. I will definitely call them should I need a competent electrician in the future.

I would check all of the above except the system only allows one choice. Paul arrived within the time frame of the en route notification. He was friendly, courteous, and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Made the minor repair very quickly as well. His service and that of Montana's last January (yes, it was a year ago almost exactly that Montana was here to work on the same fixture) was excellent.
