Had a minor issue after the tech left. But Chad, the owner, called personally and discussed it w me. We resolved it. It was not TIO's fault. Things come up. That's life. But personal attention from the owner was impressive. Also, Mike did a great installation job.

I have worked with Marcus twice and had great experiences both times. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be reaching out again for future services!

Miguel Bojorquez with Turn it On Electric is well trained and an excellent electrician. His first visit was extremely helpful and informative. He gave me every option possible for adding a back up generator to my home. He computed the size of the generator necessary and helped me to prepare for the work to be done. He communicated well the time of his arrival and was perfectly on time. He has a great knowledge base and bid the job accordingly. The work was perfect. He was conscientious and caring about my satisfaction with his finished project. He insisted on testing out the entire system and everything worked perfectly. I give Miguel and Turn it On Electric my highest recommendation. I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you Miguel!

Turn It On Electric came in clutch when I needed them for a last-minute electrical issue for our Fire Riser room. They are very communicative and professional, and they went out of their way to coordinate multiple schedules. They're a pleasure to work with.

We had Turn It On Electric come out for a job. In the initial negotiation the work was written out on his iPad. This was definitely not a good outcome. If you should engage with them, I would urge you to get agreement and cost estimate written down in a hard copy because details for us were caught up in the translation. It appeared that Miguel fully understood what we wanted done and a $ amount was agreed HOWEVER, when completed the cord was cut too short and left a serious tripping hazard on the ground.
I called the office to voice my dissatisfaction. The lady took the information and Miguel came back and took a look. he readily acknowledged the issue but said it would cost an additional amount of $600-800. to fix the mistake. We had nothing to confirm anything since the only text document was on HIS electronic device! My MISTAKE!
Chad, the owner called me back and stood behind Miguel’s decision saying that times were tough and he couldn’t send anyone out without an additional charge.
Obviously their statement of “No matter your electrical issue, we have got you covered. Our highly educated staff has serviced hundreds of clients with a range of needs, always tailoring the job to what our customers are looking for most.

This entire job was to wire from a service to an 8x18 shed with 6 outlets and wire for an exterior light and wall switch at a cost of $2350.00.

This was our second time using Turn it On Electric, We were well pleased with the service from the call to the office to set up the appointment to the completion of the project. Our tech Miguel was friendly and courteous and he completed the job of mounting our TV in a timely manner.
We would not hesitate to call Turn it On if the need arises in the future.

From the first moments of interacting with Turn It On Electric I was impressed. Their online scheduling system was easy to navigate and the fact they had next day availability was frankly unbelievable! Most companies are so backed up to get an appointment in a week would be a miracle!

On the day of our appointment I received a text with Bob's (our tech's) picture, letting us know he was on his way and a way to track his arrival. Bob was courteous, professional and made sure we knew everything that was happening with our situation. The issue was fixed quickly and even came with a one year warranty which was an unexpected bonus!

The next time we need electric service Turn It On will be first on our list.

God bless you for comming out saturday when I blew my fuse trying to vacumm and shout out to Josh who although not have sat office hours called me anyway after I left a voicemail. .Bob Best was here and gave me amazing information that NO OTHER electrician had. .!! I'm happy to say this is an amazing caring company...and I'm a customer for life!! Please recognize and reward Mike And Josh for them saving me on Saturday as my security system had no power and my smoke alarm had been beeping for hours. These men deserve kudos. .if you are looking fir honest and highly qualified electrical work. This is where to go. I'm thankful and grateful. Would Not Recommend.
A technician came out and quoted an outrageous price just to diagnose the issue before even doing anything. I called another electrician for a second opinion. He checked it out, confirmed the power was working fine, and didn’t even charge me since he couldn’t recreate the problem. He did recommend replacing one of the breakers, which I went ahead and did a week later. It’s disappointing to see a company try to take advantage of people like that.

I recently moved to Phoenix and needed to run electric from my home to my new workshop that was under construction so I called TIO, they sent Tyson to give me an estimate. Tyson was very pleasant, patient and courteous while listening to me tell him what I wanted to do. He gave me very good suggestions that could save me money while giving me the electrical service that I needed for my shop. I already had 3 other local companies come to give me estimates and TIO's estimate was by far the lowest. I wasn't as impressed by the low price as I was by Tyson's knowledge of electric service and willingness to help, so I set an appointment to have the job done.

Tyson returned on the day I had set for the work and got everything done exactly as I wanted without any problems. He did an exceptional job and worked fast in order to not exceed the original estimated time of completion. He installed a 60 amp service to my workshop with a 12 post breaker box along with a emergency disconnect. He also installed a outdoor 30 amp RV outlet from the shop panel to the exterior shop wall, so when we have guests with RV's they can plug right in.

His fast work completion did not sacrifice in safety or quality, and if I ever need electrical work again I would not only use TIO, but also request Tyson!!

Wasn't the cheapest but was the most professional and responsive company to work with. I called TIO and explained what I needed. They went to the property and prepared an estimate the next day. They showed up when promised for both the estimate and the following week to do the work.They did an excellent job of installing a Level 2 circuit and outlet for EV charging in the garage of a rental property and finally solved another wiring problem that previous electricians could not. I requested for them to install a cut-off switch and to position the receptacle and run the conduit a specific way, and they did it perfectly. Great attention to the detail I provided over the phone since I live far away from the property. The estimate included a complete detailing of parts and labor, right down to the screws and tape. The invoice did not exceed the estimate. Payment was easily made online through their website. My tenants are pleased with the result and the company emailed photos of the completed work which looks exactly how I wanted it done. If you want the job done properly and are willing to pay a fair price to do it right, this is the company to call.

Josh reached out to me quickly to gather details on my issue and was able to schedule a tech at a time that worked for me. I had a small window due to another appt to get an appliance installed that was dependent on this electrical work. Marcus came out and was very friendly, got the work done quickly and managed a surprise with the wiring efficiently. This company was a bright spot in what has otherwise been a nightmare process with my new appliance. Thank you so much to everyone.
