Honestly thought mine would be Conrad’s easiest project of the day. Replacing an old, inoperable vent fan in the bathroom. Well, this fan was over 25 yrs old. The new fan didn’t fit. Great… special order now, it’ll cost more, another appointment… Happily, Conrad said “Nope”. He took the old fan motor off the old plate (that fit) and put the new fan motor on the old plate. Attached it back in the housing and we had ventilation once more. Smooth & easy. They get it right.

Bill Brown was incredible from start to finish. He came out and quoted us for a residential job, came out again when I asked for a follow up visit to clarify more details, and came by exactly on time. He saved us $200 by finishing up early, and he did a great job putting the drywall cuts back in place for the drywall guy coming out the next day! Very professional, extremely polite, and extraordinarily friendly! I will happily use TiO again for any future electrical needs.

Our technician, Kweli Belle was outstanding! He installed a line for our electric fireplace. He was on-time, very professional and made sure the job was 100% complete to our satisfaction. There was a little miscommunication between us and our fireplace installer, but Kweli asked all the right questions to make sure he was installing the right service. We have used Turn It On in the past, and we have always received excellent service. We will continue to use Turn It On, and especially Kweli, for any future needs.

The technicians Kris and Robert were friendly and very knowledgeable. They worked to install a new 220 amp service for my house. They did a fantastic job and finished earlier than anticipated. The job site was left in great condition and they labeled my whole house and waited for SRP to give their approval. Overall great job and I would recommend Turn It On Electric highly.

TIO was a pleasure to work with; they repaired and replaced a number of outdoor lights for our entire condo complex. They were very responsive and professional, had techs to site promptly, provided an estimate on the same day, and were ready to schedule just as quickly. Pricing was reasonable and the work was performed without any flaws; our residents are happy with the improved quality of lighting on the property. Outstanding service. We had a ceiling fan box installed in our front room and initially, we were told they would possibly have to cut into our wall to run the wires. We don’t have the paint that was used on that wall and it was painted before we moved in, so we were prepping ourselves for possibly having to paint a large chunk of our home. The technicians showed up on time, finished the job in less time than was originally estimated, AND they were able to keep all cutouts to the ceiling only! We were absolutely impressed and will return for future electrical work.

Alex and Robert installed a few can lights, fixed some electrical issues I was having and added some outdoor electrical so I could install outdoor fans. They were awesome! The ceiling fan in my living room hadn’t worked for years and they were able to figure out the issue and fix it. They had to go into my attic in the summer which had to be extremely hot and they were very friendly about it!

I want to preface this with saying I was not asked or prompted to review in any way, I was so impressed I am writing this completely of my own volition. Alex and Bob were both incredibly professional, courteous, and patient. They arrived at the very start of my service window, and took extra time to explain their findings to me and look into additional hazards they noticed not on the original inspection list. They provided an incredibly detailed quote the same day, and I cannot thank them enough for their attention and effort. Above and beyond service.

The whole experience was extremely pleasant! Alex and Bob were awesome and super helpful with installing an outlet for our Kitchen range hood. The job we requested was definitely a wan off situation and they still handled it like true professionals and got the job done! They are our choice of electricians for any future inquiry’s!

I called "Turn it on Electric" for some Electric work to my chimney, and Conrad arrived to do the work however, it turned out to be much more involved than what we both thought! Conrad was very honest in what needed to be done. He went entirely above & beyond to point me in the right direction, and also went as far as to put the text together with all the information needed when I reach out to the right contractor for the job with not only the work I needed done, but the type & model of my chimney!! I was completely impressed with his customer service & his kindness to help me. I highly recommend "Turn it on Electric" for their honesty. Conrad is a true asset to any company he represents!! The customer service and technicians were wonderful! However, their pricing is outrageous!!! You need to really think about getting a second quote if you use them. Our bill for fixing GFI outlet repair was $1400 for 3 hours of work!! Wish we would have used someone else. The two guys that were here were wonderful and we understand that they don't set the pricing. Can't use them again unless we take out another mortgage....

Super easy to schedule the estimate and day of installation. The guys came right on time and were quick and did great work! They were super professional, friendly and caring especially when I was upset because my cat got out and I couldn't find him. Great company that did great work for a good price!

I just had an old electrical sub panel replaced by Turn it On and I couldn't have been more pleased with the job they did for me. Chad the owner came out and gave me a quote along with reassurance and confidence that his team could handle the job. The crew Robert and Johnny showed up looked at the situation and were unfazed by the task at hand. They left my house with a new sub panel installed and me feeling much safer. Turn it On will be at the top of my list when I need an electrician again for future projects. Thanks again guys, I really do appreciate the work you did for me.

Technician that came by was abrupt, and borderline rude. In the end, they were trying to charge me $4200+ for a project that has been bid several times over for under $1900! Thanks for wasting my time as you try to hit a grand slam on a few smart toilets and lights. 👍

Unfortunately, I don’t really want to wait 4-6 weeks, but with quotes like this, it would explain why these guys are able to do the work within 24-48 hours, whereas the other licensed contractors I received quotes from were several weeks out.

Not to mention that they wanted to cut practically every wall, even though it’s a single-story home with easy attic access, almost tall enough for me to stand in. Again, with the several other quotes I had received, I already had a good sense for which walls needed to be cut, versus which installs would be relatively easy with the attic space that I have.

Save yourself the trouble, there’s plenty of honest licensed contractors out there that will do their job in your attic, and not butcher your home, &/or ones that don’t waste your time throwing outlandish and insulting figures at you to see if they stick.

Turn it on was very professional, timely and helpful. The assessment and installation were great experiences. I appreciate they sent us photos of the techs in advance and let us know when they were on their way so I knew who to expect. I'm also very grateful they caught something missed by my home inspection and let me know. Now our inspector is paying for that to be fixed since they missed it on the inspection. I appreciate how well they explained things and also how pleasant the techs were.

Always a 5 star experience with this wonderful company. From the office to the technicians, they are all top notch.

Robert McKenna was so helpful and professional when he came out today and installed my outdoor flood lights.

He even came back a day later to adjust a switch that accidentally got moved during install and wasn’t apparent until later that evening when it was dark enough to notice!

Great service and professional work. Turn it on came out initially to do an free estimate. They communicated well the exact cost and additional options respectfully. Once I decided to go thru with installation, they were able to come out quickly and get it done under an hour. Rob did the installation and he was friendly and respectful and quick!

This company literally saved us! We had some electrical issues discovered that were rather alarming and created an issue with the garage door opener completely lost power as well as our outdoor dusk to dawn lighting and the interior garage lights. Mike the electrician came to the rescue! He listened to the issues in my non electrical language (haha) translated it and solved everything with confidence! Knowledgeable, Friendly, prompt, professional and efficient! Highly recommended! Will definitely call for future needs!

I called TIO Electric because a friend referred them and they did not disappoint. I had an issue and it was rough identifying the source of the problem. Miguel and Conrad worked together to identify and solve the problem quickly. As a services based business it was extremely important to get the repair done quickly and the team stayed to ensure the job was done before they left. I expected to have to schedule another visit due to the complexity of the case, but they understood I needed to be back up and running as soon as possible and got the job done in just a few hours. They were very professional and personable and the cost was in line with what I expected.

Update 8/14/24: TIO helped me again. This time with an issue I was having at my home. Marcus was very nice and knowledgable and was able to identify the problem and make the repair in quick time. I had a secondary issue I wasn't too worried about, but Marcus took care of that as well. These guys know what they're doing. Still highly recommend.

They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for projects big and small.
