The electrician showed up on time, and was professional. Work was completed quickly, and at a reasonable cost. I also thought he walk-around the home and the guidance he provided were of value to me.

When the need arises again, I will definitely call Mr. Sparky!

I called to have 1 outlet replaced and he found another so both were replaced.

Very professional. This is the second time I have used Super Electric. Pricing is fair and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of having to call for service. We called at 8am, had an appointment window of 12-2p same day, and the tech was actually early. Contacted me by 11a letting me know he was 30 minutes away.
I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call.

I had called this company to install a ceiling fan in the living room of my single story house. After a few hiccups with one installation technician, the company sent out another one and was able to hang my ceiling fan professionally and with no issues. The second technician was friendly, on time, profession and was able to do the job in half the time she thought it would take. My house was left clean with no mess to clean up. This company went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure the job was done right and that I was nothing but happy with the results.

I have used Super Electric multiple times for buildings that i oversee. Every time from requesting service to the actual performance of the job has been nothing but SUPER! Joe, which is the tech that does all our services has been nothing but professional and always keeps me in the loop of the projects we have had Super Electric conduct. This is a great company and never have to question the work performed and the professionalism of every aspect of the service

From start to finish the crew were professional, polite, and FAST!!! The speed and skill with which they replaced every outlet and switch in my house was amazing. More importantly they took the time to understand how everything operated in my house, offered suggestions, and afterwards went the extra distance to ensure everything was functioning the same or better. I would not hesitate to work with them again should I have need.

Joe and Frank were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I received multiple messages in a variety of formats as to their arrival time. Before work commenced, Joe provided a detailed overview of costs and timeline for work to be completed. They worked fast, safely and maintained communication throughout the project. Price was higher than I thought it would be, but I would hire them again (and plan to for my next project). Value, courtesy and expert work is what is given here. Super Elec was the fifth electrical contractor I contacted. Now, I'm glad the others didn't call back.

Super Electric website is easy to navigate if you need set up an appointment online. Guillermo came out on a Saturday and did an excellent job explaining the situation with our electrical panel. He came within the time frame and completed his work in timely manner! He was very professional. I would hire him again for any electrical work!

Our experience with Super Electric was terrific. They were prompt, professional, and were the best bid by far among 5 electrical contractors. Our lead technician, Robert, was great. Highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

I made an appointment everything seemed good. Then they called the day of the appointment saying they forgot to tell me it was a $79 fee for driving out to my area. The job that needed to be done was small and I Do not live $80 worth of gas from Phoenix, so that fee seemed unreasonable. My appointment was also made 4 days in advance. So if you live in Queen Creek or San Tan expect a $79 fee. It would have been nice to have that listed upfront on their website or have customer service mention at time of appointment.

I was very impressed with this company sending me a text message letting me know that the electrician was on the way which included his name and picture. Robert arrived a few minutes early. Robert is very personable. He listened to our problem, explained to us what needed to be done and upon completion did an inspection to see if there was any other issues that needed to be corrected. Super Electric's pricing is reasonable and fair. We are definitely going to use this company, and Robert in the future.

Arrived early and Robert was great! Not pushy with sales and left the jobsite 200 times cleaner than when he arrived! Very honest and upfront with pricing. Charged $800 for something another company said would be $3000+. Will use them again and ask if Robert is available!

Staff arrived on time, they were very efficient. Finished the job without a mess. Cleaned the areas and left. Very satisfied with the staff and company. Had one project scheduled one day and when they arrived to complete that project I had mentioned doing another project. It was scheduled and staff returned the next day as scheduled and completed the work timely and efficiently.

This company was very professional and very expedient in scheduling an appointment to assist me with smoke alarm difficulties. Brady is an excellent technician and personable and an asset to this company. My constructive critique would be that if I had been told at the start....to get some 9 volt lithium batteries, I would have had them on hand....instead of sending my son to the store to purchase the better batteries.

Joe did an amazing job installing our outlet! We are doing an entire fireplace renovation and the end goal was to mount a TV above the fireplace. Joe installing the outlet was the first step we needed to take and he did a fantastic job! He was very friendly, professional, on time, and he even went above and beyond to check out my electrical work in the attic for a future project. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Joe!!

Super Electric did a wonderful job. They came out gave us a quote (half of some of the others we got), and installed the light right then and there. They were super friendly, effecient, and did great work. They were even nice to our toddler and helped "include" him in the process. Joe Bodinet was our technician, 5 out 5 stars!

Joe was amazing! He was professional, nice, thourough, and honestly anything you could ask for. We are a commercial office and know nothing about electrical. Joe was informative and made us feel at ease about the repairs. He was super quick and got the job done. Brady the technician from Super Electric was on time, proficient, and very professional. Installed two ceiling fans with no issues, and mounted them with no flaws. He was very aware of making sure not to damage the rooms moving the ladder and equipment. Reasonably priced and the company kept me informed from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Robert Zuart arrived on time and was very polite, professional and informative. He explained what he was going to do and what it would cost. He completed installing my outlets and cleaned up after himself .
I was very happy with Robert's work and will call Mr Sparky in the future requesting him.

A year ago I enlisted the help of Mister Sparky to replace my electric panel on my house. They were a little pricey but I figured that I would get good service and I even paid extra to be a "priority" customer (a yearly $99 fee). Well in the 11 months since they did the initial work on my house they have NOT ONCE shown up for any of the three appointment I've made with them. They usually call to cancel about 15 minutes before the 4 hour window of when they are supposed to show up is over. Their website promises ON TIME all over the place, but I have never experienced that.

On top of that, when they replaced my electric panel, they had to make a big hole in the stucco on the side of my house to fit the bigger panel. Which was expected. When I asked about the hole around the new panel the tech said that someone would be coming by in the next few weeks to patch up the hole. Well 11 months later, nobody has ever shown up.

The only part about Mister Sparky that I was impressed with was Rodney, the only Tech that ever showed up. He was polite and explained everything to me thoroughly..

DO NOT USE MISTER SPARKY. They guarantee a lot but follow through on little.
