Outstanding customer service! Our main breaker suddenly stopped working late at night. Early the next morning, I received a call right at 8:00, and they quickly sent out an electrician to handle our emergency. I was able to text a photo of the faulty breaker, and Brayden arrived with the right replacement part. Everything was fixed and our power was restored by 10:00. This was my first time using their electrical services, and I’ll definitely rely on them from now on.

We've had electricians come out to our house several times to take care of wiring issues and fix old light fixtures. Each time, Brayden was friendly and professional, making sure to explain the electrical problems in a way we could easily understand. The solutions suggested were exactly what we needed, and everything was handled smoothly. It’s great to see how much brighter and safer our home feels now! We're really satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this electrical company to anyone looking for reliable help.

I had multiple vendors come to my home to provide me an estimate to replace our ceiling fan. Mister Sparky demonstrated the best professionalism and presentation by far. They showed up on time, walked me through their process and even offer a complimentary inspection for my outlets and breaker box. The technician demonstrated professionalism and courtesy by entering our home with protective covers on his shoes. He completed the work exactly as promised with no surprises. I will definitely consider Mister Sparky for future work.

I had an electrician come to my home to replace a ceiling fan. He was right on time and very pleasant and informative. He replaced the fan, did a safety inspection of all my electrical outlets, gave me advice about 2 other fans I asked him about, cleaned up, and finished the job in a reasonable time. I would definitely use Mister Sparky again!

I was pleasantly surprised when the technician showed up a little earlier than originally scheduled. I have to say that I have never been more impressed by a service technician in my 20 years of home ownership. Derek was experienced and diagnosed the problem with 100% accuracy, as I was told by the APS representative. My problem was not with my panel, but rather with the lines that run from the transmission box to my panel. Derek explained things to me in a way that I understood them and is an extremely pleasant man. I will recommend Mister Sparky to ALL of my friends in need of an electrician. As an additional bonus, they DID NOT try to sell me anything that I did not need! A++++ JOB!!

Set up was quick and even walked me through some of the stuff he was doing. Price was more than fair for the job of a 16 foot vaulted ceiling fan instal. Job well done sir! Robert was very thorough and explained each step as he went with replacing our outlets. He also presented all options and let us choose what we wanted to fix and when. No pressure which was greatly appreciated.

Robert, Alexander, and 6 or 7 other electricians were at my new home for more than a week, fixing issues from the previous owner, upgrading my recessed lighting and my breaker box, installing ceiling fans, running electricity out to a structure in our backyard, and more!! They were extremely professional, consulted with me on issues they came across, and had creative solutions for a few unexpected problems. I could not be more satisfied with their work.

First off, let me preface this by saying I never write reviews and I think this might be the second one I have ever written. I do not think any business is perfect, but Mister Sparky was a whole new kind of bad. I manage a small business in Phoenix and we were a having some electrical issues with our track lighting. I called Mister Sparky to come in and see if they could help us. Hindsight...worst decision I could have made. The charge to come out is $79.99. This price does not include anything more than the electrician showing up. Once they show up they tinker by the electrical box and do absolutely nothing. They then run off a list of prices to start a troubleshooting. The lowest, a tier 1 and 2 start at $187 and go up from there. This troubleshooting does not include any REPAIR. So, after 10 minutes of the electrician showing up we already owe him $267, to do nothing! Beware of the diagnostic they give you. They try to scare you into thinking your whole business is going to burn down and essentially recommend that everything needs to be replaced. This guy even screamed and grabbed at his heart when he got shocked. My co-worker and I were concerned for him the FIRST time it happened, but when it happened for the TENTH time, I had no pity and realized he was playing us. After all, I do work in this building and I get shocked here and there...I don't scream. Mister Sparky's electricians go over board on theatrics to scare the customers into thinking they are not working in a safe environment. He also showed us a supposed burn mark on a light switch. I brushed off the light switch and said it was dust. He then said he "smelled burning". NOTHING WAS BURNING! I sent this guy on his way and called a different electrician . My NEW electrician repaired my issues for just over $200 and he was here for over two hours. I asked him about all of the other issues the electrician from Mister Sparky noticed. He said the guys at these big places work on commission, so they quote an exorbitant amount of work to be done. Not a good business at all. I cannot believe we wasted money on Mister Sparky. Let my experience warn others...do your research before hiring these guys.

Second time I used their services in 5 years for different issues. Great service. Professional technicians who wear shoe covers when entering home. Discussed pricing before service. No surprises. Work guaranteed.

I just had Mr. Sparky come to my business and supply a quote to move a few receptacles about 1 foot from the power box, and run 2 more lines about 3 feet from the power box. The tech said it was only 2 hours worth of work and only needed to supply about 6 feet of conduit. I already had all the other items as they were being reused. I was expecting a quote of maybe $250-$400, and WOW was I surprised when I got the quote of about $1250.00. The tech said he talked to his boss and said it was such an easy job that his boss offered to come down to $997.00. I said no way. I can't believe Mr. Sparky is such a ripoff! On top of that I had to pay $99.00 just to have them give me their bloated quote. Please, please stay away from Mr. Sparky unless you want to pay $500.00/hour for their services!

Brady reviewed all options and costs with me, ran new wiring, installed outdoor fan, upgraded electrical panel and installed a surge protector. He also conducted a safety inspection of outlets near water sources in the house. His explanations were clear, he was careful and he cleaned all the areas when he finished. Brady seems conscientious and personable. I can definitely recommend Super. Electric and Brady!

What a great company! Technicians showed up on time and they were so courteous! Checked and fixed loose connections in my breaker box and installed my floodlight in no time. They cleaned up afterwards and left only quality work. Customer care has gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Wow! Keep it up. Wish ther were more companies like yours. Thank you.

Mr. Sparky was available on short notice. For a commercial business this was absolutely crucial. They responded literally within a few hours saving us lost time. The technician was professional and thorough. I needed to call them again a week later for a different problem and they arrived and fixed within 1.5 hours. Good support and professional technical response.

Very Professional!! They were able to come to our office same day and get our lights back on. The techs were great and made sure to work around us, did not make a mess. Would highly recommend!

Our technician Rodney was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable and was a great representative for Mister Sparky. Originally there was a scheduling snafu and Rodney was unable to make the appointment window which was no fault of his own. After working with manager Daniel Connell, who was helpful and professional to rectify the situation, a successful and satisfactory result was achieved and the work was done the same day. We will be doing business with Mister Sparky in the future.

Company called back promptly, sent a representative the next day, who arrived when he said he would. The rep, Robert, was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, very clear on costs, and set out our options clearly and concisely. Very impressed. Definitely 5 stars.

Service was excellent. Was able to get someone out two days after calling. Good follow up from Company to make sure service was good which it was. Found them in My Guy neighborhood book that was mailed to me. Would definitely recommend this co. To friends and neighbors.🙂
