This company was very responsive to our emergency power outage due to a fuse issue. They sent someone out to our medical practice ASAP. Travis was amazing, super patient with us and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond to minimize the impact on our clinic. He even provided information on steps we can take to avoid this issue in the future. I would highly recommend.

Robert arrived on time and was able to fix my fan and fan light along with updating the panel. He made sure the electrical panel switches were labeled properly and showed me exactly what was done. I appreciate his positive manner and explanations of everything he did. Will use again!!

Very thorough and explained everything completely. Took pictures of issues so I could see what the problem was. Also gave me different estimates based on what I was able to do at the time. I did the most urgent things now and will do some other things in the next couple if months. They also have financing if necessary. The tech also did a full safety inspection which made me feel much better since my house was built in 1988. Highly recommend feel very good that our issues were addressed in a professional manner.

We had a serious issue when we switched to solar. The solar company hooked 240 volt to a 120 circuit and fried everything in our garage. They came out and did an excellent job restoring power. They were super nice and patient when explaining the work. I highly recommend this company. Made a bad situation a lot more pleasant. Tim and Matt were awesome 👌

We received excellent service from Robert with Super Electric and I would highly recommend this company. A week prior we had a different electric company out trying to fix our wiring issue, but they did not do a thorough job and the issue of smelling our light switch burning was back again. This time, we called Super Electric and Robert did fix the problem and even made suggestions on how to keep our home protected. He did a complete diagnostic check and explained everything to me. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the text message I received before he arrived, which had his name, picture and information regarding his 20 years of experience. Thank you, Robert!

I rarely give reviews unless the service is bad,, however this team very much impressed my wife and me.
Pricing was very competitive, communication was excellent, on time and a very professional installation crew.
My down time was minimal, and the finished product was great. I have been in contracting for 45 years and Super Electric is one of the best contractors I have worked with.

Robert arrived in the time slot that they had given me. He explained what he needed to do in order to locate my problem. Robert gave me a price quote on what it would take to do potential repairs and he assured me he would do everything to keep the price reasonable. I was calling around for electric services and got all kinds of excuses whey people could not get to me for 2-3 weeks (couldn't find good help, too busy, etc.). Until I called Super Electric who said they could have someone out in three days and gave me a window of time right then. They sent a confirmation to both my email and by text each day right up to the appointment date. On the day of the appointment I received an email with a photo of my technician and a message with direct contact information. They were able to get to us before the time of the appointment and called to make sure that would be ok. The technician and his assistant were very courteous, professional, and took photos of everything they inspected before doing the work and after doing the work. They gave us three estimates. one was to put in the outlet requested, the next was to do a little more, and the highest was to do all the work identified and become a member of their company's maintenance program. Following the conclusion of the appointment, we were called by customer support to find out how the appointment had gone and if we were satisfied with their service. This company is all about customer service and bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy and bring their return
business. Very professional!

Robert was amazing. It’s so hard to find trustworthy people nowadays but Super Electric takes the cake. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even made suggestions for what we needed to repair next, which we also had him take care of for us. He is a genuine expert in his field and I will always have him fix all my electrical issues forever. I’ve even recommended him and Super Electric to everyone I know.

The dispatch that helps us schedule the technicians was also very nice, and they really try to help get technicians out to you as quickly as possible.

Guillermo and team did an awesome job 2 weeks ago at our home. We had DIY-installed spotlights in our backyard for many years that we decided should be checked by a professional to determine if within code. Guillermo had his code book with him and was able to show us the code. Our lights were not even close to being within code. Because of the proximity of our pool to our home, there was no way to install spotlights in our backyard within code to light the areas we wanted lit. Guillermo understood our problem and need to light up the area behind our pool (where we couldn't put spotlights) and offered another solution that we had never considered; LED recessed lighting underneath our backyard patio. He was confident the lighting underneath our patio would be enough to light up the pool area and reach the back wall behind the pool. He put together a plan and quote and we decided to move forward. We were on the schedule for the following Wednesday.

Over the weekend we thought of several other questions and or ideas. I didn't want to bother Guillermo on his days off so I texted him letting him know to please get back only when on the clock next. He called me that Saturday afternoon and changed up the project a little to include two switches instead of one so the spotlights (the ones we could keep) would be on one switch and the led lights on a different switch with a dimmer. On Sunday we had one more question and he responded promptly (I'm certain it was his day off).

On Wednesday Guillermo and team (Dillon, Andrea, and Oscar) showed up on time and ready to go. They were very considerate of how I wanted to mark out with tape where the lights would go and made suggestions on where to place the lights to get the job done but also look aesthetically pleasing. They carefully put shoe covers on before coming into the home, asked for feedback throughout the day. They recognized I was working from home and asked if a good time to vacuum the floor before turning the vacuum on (to make sure it wouldn't disturb a conference call). They did a great job cleaning up AND took extra time and effort to get the lights installed without cutting drywall that would require repair.

Guillermo offered a safety inspection of our electrical system which we declined. However, he did mention that we were due soon to refresh our electrical box and if we wait too long it could require a box replacement which is more expensive. He was very communicative about what to expect, what he could and couldn't do within code (and why), and took the time to explain pros/cons to different ideas to solve our problem. The team worked great together, gave input, and legitimately really enjoyed working together and what they do.

We plan to ask Guillermo to come out again to help us with the electrical box refresh along with taking him up on the safety inspection he offered. It was a great experience and our finished project WAY exceeded expectations. Not only do the lights solve our problem of illuminating our backyard but the lights are absolutely beautiful and are a very unexpected upgrade to our backyard experience. They knocked this project out of the ballpark... grand slam.

Over priced for a simple wiring for 2 outside lights and motion light. Quoted 975 bucks found someone for 400 bucks. Will not refer over priced for very little work.

I hired Arizona Electrical to replace my electrical panel, to a 200 amp. They did an awesome job! I had pipe running everywhere and they cleaned it all up! Did a very professional job!

Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! My wife is a realtor and she will definitely refer Arizona Electrical Solutions to her clients in need! Thanks Will and Dave!!!

Following an electrical repair your technician advised that our 1974 wall box should be upgraded and,upon request scheduled for an estimate. Installation went smoothly and on schedule.
