From the initial Estimate of instlling electrical outlets; Three phase invertor for my CNC machine, and shop lights, by Carl Holloway-Factory, to the finish was a wonderful experience. The crew Carl, Kendrik, Derk, Derk (not a typo), and Aaron were professional and courteous. The team explained everything in detail so I would understand what to except. The crew were always on time and ready to work. The completion of the project was ahead of schedule, which allowed me get back to setting up my shop and running my equipment without loss of productivity. Will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Very difficult to deal with on their online retail platform that is not associated to their website. In fact, they do not have a working website. Scott I believe who is one of the owners Is difficult to work with.

This company is completely unprofessional and lacks in work ethic and integrity. They install a terrible product and utilize code books that are over 10 years out of date. They have completely unsafe work standards and violate OSHA consistently. They even had a 400 amp panel explode because they failed to tighten the breakers. They overcharge for crappy quality.

I am a medical transportation driver. And I witnessed one of your drivers driving really reckless above the speed limit way above the speed limit when I tried to call customer service and notify you of how the driver was driving. All you get is a screen call and no one ever comes to the phone and there’s not an option for customer service.

I have worked with Wav on multiple complex industrial projects. Their team is organized and responsive. When something challenging comes across my desk, I call Wav.

Pulled up behind this driver at an intersection and watched as he put down his window, threw his trash on the ground in the road, put his window up, and drove away. There’s no way I’d ever hire a company whose workers are so disrespectful to come to my home. Maybe reconsider such careless actions while in a company truck!

I hired WAV Electric to install all the electrical to my shop, I cannot say it enough how happy I am with their work. Jon and Andy were great, the communication and workmanship is second to none. I would highly recommend WAV Electric to do all of your future electrical work.

A bit unrelated to the services they provide, but the other day two of the guys(i forgot their names) saw me pulled to the side with my hazards on. They asked if I was doing okay and I told them I had gotten a flat tire. They were so kind and offered to help me replace my tire with my spare. It was already late and they went out of their way to help me in a very stressful situation and I cannot thank them enough for that.

My experience with this company is 100 percent positive, and if I could give more than five stars I would. Scott responded promptly to my call for help and was completely honest, fair and transparent. He came and inspected a couple of jobs and let me know exactly what needed to be done. My main objective was to get a patio ceiling fan remounted and rewired. I had formerly had a handyman come and try to do the job, and he needed to call a backup electrician because they couldn't get it to turn on from the inside of the house. Eventually they just gave up. That's when I called Scott. I had complete confidence in his ability to get the whole wiring mess straightened out. This house was built in the early sixties and you never know what you're going to get into when you start these little projects. Scott was a pleasure to work with, his pricing was more than fair, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a tricky job completed. I will definitely have him come back to do some other projects at my house.
