My experience with Solar Sandy was great! We decided we wanted solar but were not sure which company to go with....so many out there that come and go. When Solar Sandy personally came to my house, I trusted her right away. She took time to explain the process and offered to pay for our first two years of our solar loan. We also decided to replace our roof at the same time and were able to roll it into a very low interest loan. Additionally, we received over $25K in tax rebates that we used to remodel our backyard. Best of all, our APS bill has dropped to almost nothing (even when we had our Christmas lights on overnight during December and January). We are so happy that we went with Solar Sandy!

Solar sandy was amazing! She helped us figure out what was best for our home and how much we would be saving money wise every month. She was recommended by my moms coworker and she did not disappoint.

I’ve had a few companies come out and and give me quotes and I never felt good about their offers. They didn’t make sense. I spoke to my neighbors that had solar and they were upset because of the service after the sale. I had Sandy come over and she was very polite and professional. She explained the whole process and the numbers made sense. She’ll treat you like family and help you make the best choice for you. I’ve had Solar Sandy for just over a year and their service is still amazing. They always provide great service and get back to me fast when I have questions. Amazing company!

Wow! What a disappointment! I wanted to share our recent experience with Sandy, who was scheduled to come to our home. On the first appointment date, just 20 minutes before her scheduled arrival, she called to cancel due to personal reasons. Although we were disappointed with the last-minute cancellation, we decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the next day.

We confirmed the appointment via email and text, even sending another confirmation 45 minutes prior to the appointment time. However, when she was 30 minutes late, we reached out via text and call to request an ETA. To our surprise, the response we received was that she needed to reschedule again due to personal reasons... really? This was after confirming the appointment just minutes earlier! We will never use Sandy!!!

After a bad experience with a different solar company Sandy came over and helped design the system we needed going above and beyond to help explain how everything worked and what we needed to know. The installation was seamless and the customer service with the system provider has been excellent. If you are thinking about getting a solar system call Sandy she will help you too.

We called Solar Sandy and explained our situation with our now, former solar company. After reviewing her offer we accepted and her team went to work on our house the following week. She answered all of our questions during the transition process and she still does, almost a year later. If you want a high quality solar company Ask for Solar Sandy.

We got our solar panels installed two years ago. They have performed as promised. I also think Sandy is a really good person. Our credit with APS for March was $55. Our credits during the milder weather months will get us through the hot months with a small credit at year end that APS will owe us. And our small payment on the solar panel loan is less than what we use to pay APS. Imagine what electricity will coast ten years from now, yet our loan payment will not go up.

This was not our first rodeo in terms of going solar. Having purchased a solar system for our previous home, we knew what questions to ask and we could see right through the hyperbole that many solar companies use to lure you in to sign with them. In fact, we had a few companies out a couple years ago, but decided to wait because we just weren’t comfortable with what we saw.

This time around we called Solar Sandy. Right from the first call we knew this time was going to be different. Sandy showed up for our in-home consultation and laid out the entire plan so we knew exactly the number of panels we needed and exactly what it was going to cost. Sandy’s process is genius, instead of paying the power company obscene amounts of money every summer we now have a steady monthly payment for our panels and don’t have to worry if the power company decides to jack up their rates because most months, we don’t owe them a dime.

I’ve worked in the trades for nearly 30 years. I guess you could say I’m hypersensitive to poor workmanship. Sandy’s install team is top notch. They showed up on time and performed a clean and professional install of our system in less than a day. Sandy’s staff walked us through every step of the process so we knew exactly what to do when. Even when I had the most mundane of questions, Tiana and Avalon took my call and calmed my nerves making the process worry free.

Work flow

Called Ron a couple weeks back sent a picture of work I was requesting. 220 Volts to a hot tub and 110 volts to to a TV and lights on a recently installed patio cover. Ron proposed Sub panel with breakers and GFI protection to equipment said he could have it installed in a week to 10 days. Price was VERY GOOD so we agreed. Just 3 days later he called to let me know due to weather issues at other sites he could do job the next day. Crew of 3 was out at 8:00 am to look over site and gave me two options for routing and asked which I would like better. They had it trenched custom bent conduit installed site cleaned up and everything working before noon. They specialize in this work and it shows. Definitely give them a call...

Hagarty Electric were the sub-contractors when I had my house built. I paid for a 240V SPA circuit and they installed it. When it was time to build a pool the pool contractor also used Hagarty Electric to make the connections. At first they made the necessary short run connections to the SPA circuit but when it came time to hook things up they refused citing that if they did they would have to own the original connection from the mains panel to the SPA circuit (which they already did own since they did the work). I had to hire an attorney to go after the pool contractor and eventually Hagarty Electric made the connections at the SPA circuit. Both Hagarty and the Pool contractor just wanted more money. In the end they ran a 2nd line from the mains panel to the SPA circuit, installed a junction box and had a continuous connection to the sub-panel at their cost.

Hagarty Electric was the electrical subcontractor for my Dolphin pool. The crew, headed by Luis, showed up at 7:15am. Luis got his 2 workers on their assigned tasks and they got right to work. They were very friendly, answering my many questions. They tested all the circuts, cleaned up and were finished by 11:30am.
