I found Solar Sandy on local radio station KFYI. I try to support businesses that reflect my values. The install crew did a great job.

Superficial questions were welcome, but No answers to detailed questions
Her estimate is double of others; and the difference just happened to be what our government rebate was

She had a formula that did not make sense and became irritated when we faced her with errors on her part
She also made claims , that upon investigation, were totally untrue
We went with another very well-respected company , paid half of what Sandy wanted us to pay her, and got to keep our rebate

Sandy has such a big heart! She will come out and speak with you personally to make sure you get what you need. If there is any questions or you need assistance with your solar, she is there every step of the way!

You could not ask for a better person than Sandy to guide you through your solar needs. I spoke with Sandy and the call went with as she answered my questions. I gave her all the information she wanted and asked for the report she said she create. I asked for it to be emailed to me to review, however, before giving me the report she wanted to meet with me to go over it. After my insistence to email before meeting with her, she agreed to send it to me to review before our meeting. We scheduled the day and time to meet at an agreed upon Panera Bread two days after our phone call. I rearranged my schedule to make the time for her. My wife and I showed up on the day and time agreed upon. However, Sandy, did not, nor did I receive the report she commited to sending me. Upon speaking with her assistant in her office it was told to me that our meeting was not on her calendar and that she does not email reports prior to meeting. I was met with resistance upon stating that Sandy agreed to email it to me to reveiw prior to meeting in person. It is now another day and have heard nothing from Sandy or her office and realize now that she does now seem to have the integrity of the person that I want to do business with and would caution anyone who hears her on the radio to be aware that she may be a no show if you meet her any place other than your home. She prefers to meet at your home and does not want to give you the report she talks about until she meets with you. I suggest if you do try to do business with her that you get the report prior to meeting her so you can review it and form questions to ask her if and when you meet her. She like to say that she is only educating others, however, you may find, as I have that her approach is only the way to get in the door of your house. Although she comes across very believeable, her integrity is questionable. I would not waste your time with her.

I had Tesla panels and seen that my panels produce hardly anything even during summer ! SolarSandy took one look and redesigned and upgraded my panels made me chop down my trees that Blocked some panels and BAM started seeing credits to my bills! Best Experience ever! Thank you Sandy and her entire team!

We decided to add solar this year to get ahead of the projected energy rate increase. Our panels were installed quickly, however we did have a bump in the road when our inverter stopped working. We are all good now and are looking forward to a zero or as close to zero SRP bill, while running our A/C at a comfortable temperature.

We were against going solar, but Sandy showed us in simple terms how to do it right. We dont have both electric and solar Bill's, our rates are not going to increase. I am able to take care of my household without worrying about on/off peak. Especially during the summer and with a pool. Best decision we made.
