We were introduced to Freedom Forever through a sales associate at Lowes and have been very pleased with the high level of service from our Freedom Forever team of Ryan, Natalie, and Julia. Their friendly service and professionalism has exceeded our expectations. They are very knowledgeable, always answered our questions quickly, and met every deliverable on the timeline. In fact, the project was completed far more quickly than expected. The installation crew was friendly and efficient and did a good job educating us on the equipment. Overall, they made the process of getting Solar very easy. Thank you for your great Customer Service!

Gio and crew showed up on time, were very efficient, completed the installation in 4 and 1/2 hours. Gave us a quick overview of the system and what would be happening next in the process.

Freedom Forever sales representatives are dishonest and will ten you anything they have to to get you to sign up. They told me that I wouldn’t have an electric bill anymore and that it would just be the solar payment. That has not been the case. We’ve still had very high bills.

They began installation in January 2023, but panels were not operating until September 2023.
We were making payments that entire time!

Fast forward to July 2025. We had our roof inspected and Freedom Forever drilled several holes in our roof and never filled them, allowing water damage to occur. But that’s not all. It turns out that we have never had fully operational panels! We have been making payments all this time and not even receiving the benefit of the solar panels. We requested restitution and have received nothing. Not even an apology.

If you want solar, do not go with Freedom Forever!

Would highly recommend to keep shopping. I've had countless issues with this company.

As soon as I had any concerns whatsoever, my Rep (Levi Lebaron) completely disappeared. Wouldn't return calls, text, or email. When I requested a new Rep, Freedom told me they are not able to assign another Rep, and I would need to call their 888 # for assistance instead.

I was also told I would receive a security system by Levi. Sadly because of the area I live, this will now not be offered. Finding out at the end of install.

Deals and promotions are what help make decisions, especially on such large purchases. Of course there is the fine print that states they can withdraw from a promotion for any reason or no reason at all.

At scheduled appointments with City Inspectors, Freedom has either been late or did not show, having to constantly reschedule.

While performing the install, they discarded the metal siding they removed from my house (see attached photo). It has now been over 7 months, and they have yet to resolve the issue. If I hadn't persisted to follow up on this, they would've just left my house like this to end up with rot.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING! WE HAVE SO.MANY PANELS ON OUR ROOF AND NO BATTERY TO TAKE IT IN. WE STILL GET CHARGED BY THE SRP TOO. SO THEY GET MY POWER FOR FREE THEN TURN IT AROUND AND Sell IT TO ME 4X THE COST. We need a battery which was the deal we had. Nothing! More lies! More promises ! Nothing! Let's start a lawsuit against them!!!
Let's stop these thieves already!!!

We had a sales person Drew come to home and sell us on a one payment for both electric and solar which was less than our monthly budget billing. While the install went well it took 4 months before all inspections were completed and power was on. However our lease was turned overed to a second party for payments and we found afterwards we would still be receiving a bill from APS monthly for any overage of electric KWH. Had we been given all the information we would not have gone with solar. Their customer service is very poor and not responsive.

We use freedom solar to put our solar on our house and then we had to have our roof replaced and they took over two months to Reinstall and I occurred over $1000 in utility bills. Their customer service is trash. I would definitely not recommend freedom solar to nobody.

Don't buy solar from someone who can't read. I have a clear "No Soliciting," sign on my house. Your sales guy was just here, rings bell, interrupts me, dogs bark, etc. I answer, he starts in w/ the lying and misleading sales pitch. "APS rates are going up ... we just talked to your neighbor." He claims he tried to contact me but I did not respond - wow so you start out telling me I should have responded better.

I DO NOT WANT WHAT YOU ARE SELLING!

If you come to my house w/ 100% free solar I still don't want it. Why is it so difficult to simply leave people alone.

What a horrible company and a scam!

Beware! Don't do business with this company. No integrity at all. Will install faulty equipment and takes months to get someone to come out to repair anything. My equipment didn't even run for 3 months after install! Took over 2 months to get someone out, but failed to fix the problem. Now I am still waiting another service call,and that will be at least 3 weeks from the last one! They just don't care,they got paid, you owe a finance company now! Regret it do much! It's cost me more out of pocket than paying APS without any plan!

I signed a contract with Freedom Forever around August 2024, and the installation was planned for December 2024. Unfortunately, the project was delayed due to a shortage of inventory. While waiting for the inventory, the lender declared bankruptcy and filed for Chapter 11. This situation was beyond Freedom Forever's control, but they failed to take responsibility or find an alternative lender. Instead, customers are left to reach out to their sales representatives to find a new lender.

Efforts to reach customer support proved ineffective as they either didn't reply or responded weeks later. When I filed complaints with the Attorney General, they made misleading claims, suggesting that the lack of response was my fault.

More than a year has passed, and the equipment has yet to be installed, but I am still required to make monthly payments until Freedom Forever decides to cancel the project from the lender.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

THE ROCKIES came and conquered lol Nah but seriously, very respectful crew came through and installed my solar panels this morning and I gotta admit they did very nice work. Very professional and well educated hard workers. Any questions or concerns I had they were able to answer without any hesitation. They were confident in what they were doing, I love that! I’m happy with my installation and if all goes well, I will definitely be telling others about their services. Bring them more customers!! Let’s get it let’s go! I had my Solar from Freedom Forever installed for about 4 years now. and in general I would have said they were ok to good so far. Then I fell for the Performance Review Meeting. Being in sales myself I knew that somewhere was going to be a promotion of a service or system expansion, which I am absolutely not interested in. I may have considered some small upgrades or cleaning or the like. After taking all my details and history including a recent APS bill a sales rep, Austin got on the call and started a very aggressive hard sell. Saying the system was performing beautifully but clearly my usage had gone dramatically up. Ultimately, suggesting that I was sold a partial type system (he had some special terminology for it)and basically blaming the original sales process for the poorly designed system. I quickly told him I was not in the market for adding capacity and he proceeded to insult me and belittle me for not being interested in further reducing my electric bill. (BTW all along I told him I was satisfied with the system and the way the bills were coming). I had to hang up on him as he said "and you call yourself a sales manager?" The kid was a total jerk.

So...at this point I'd avoid Freedom Forever as they are clearly very desperate. Really beware of the punk Austin if he appears as your sales rep.

Misleading Sales Tactics & Loan Issues

We had a terrible experience with Freedom Forever LLC and their lender Mosaic (Solar Servicing LLC).

The sales representative, Praise Mwangi, promised us a $10,000 rebate that we never received. We were told the system would cover 100% of our APS bill and then some after reviewing our personal APS statements. That has never happened. The system has not performed as promised, and we are absolutely not receiving checks from APS like we were told we would.

The sales tactics felt extremely misleading. We relied on their representations when making this major financial decision.

To make matters worse, the lender, Mosaic, changed our loan to a personal loan without our consent. This made it non-transferable, which now prevents us from being able to sell our home unless we pay the entire loan off first. We were led to believe the loan would be transferable.

This has put us in a very difficult financial position. We feel deceived and taken advantage of. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Freedom Forever or financing through Mosaic to read every document carefully and get everything in writing before signing.

Very disappointed and frustrated with this entire experience.

Worst Solar Company. Failed City Inspections and APS Permission to Operate 10+ times. Ongoing project coming up on 1 year. Signed 11/14/2024 and today is 10/28/2025 no solar production to date.

Non-responsive. Solar panels and electrical installed December 2024. Panels have been sitting on our roof inoperable. Ruined our electrical and every time we vacuumed the power trips. Redesigning and resubmitting permits. Totally unprofessional work. Timeline expectation set by sales team was March 2025. It’s October 2025 and no solar power yet. 11 months total now and we are still waiting. Project manager Arty is non-responsive. Often takes up to a week and 2 weeks to get back to me, sometimes doesn’t even respond. Sets expectations then fails to uphold expectations. I do not recommend this company. Run from this company and find someone else.

Branch Manager Fabian has been in communication with me. I have an escalated service rep Keshia. They are now communicating but still failing inspections.

Update 5/30: Still no solar 6 months
Update 7/21: Still no solar 8 months
Update 9/5: Still no Solar 10 months
Update 10/28: Still no Solar 11 months

I RECENTLY HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AND I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. FROM START TO FINISH DANNY MAGANA WAS PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE, AND DEDICATED TO DELIVERING EXCETIOANL SERVICE. DANNY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE THAT MY SOLAR REPAIR NEEDS WERE MEET AND THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SATIFIED WITH THE OUTCOME. THEIR PRICING IS RESONABLE AND FAIR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOUTHFACE SOLAR AS THIS COMPANY SUPASSES ITS COMPETITORS IN SERVICE QUALITY, COMMUNICATION, AND PROFESSIONALISM. THEY WILL BE MY FIRST CALL FOR ANY AND ALL OF MY SOLAR NEEDS IN THE FUTURE.

While I was looking for solar I met Warren a south facing solar rep he took the time help me evaluate my needs didn’t sell me some very large system that I didn’t need and I am very glad that he took the time to help me evaluate my needs and get the proper this and put it up my house other companies want to put very large reason top my house in Warren said reduce your power consumption before you produce

great company. no pressure. did a great job. I couldn't have done better. I'm a former union electrician from Cleveland, local 38, and extremely pleased with everything, especially my electric bill!
