First Review! Luis, Michael, and the rest of the Serenity Team are by far the absolute BEST and most professional people I have worked with in my 10 years back in AZ. They know what they are doing, honest and fair priced, very professional, and the most conscientious regarding clean up and communication. I am getting ready to hire them again after the recent storms. We are literally making a list to have them come back as $ permits. I have never done reviews but these guys are so good and professional - can do almost everything - they have earned my respect and the highest review I could ever give. The name says it all as they gave us complete Serenity and did a fantastic job. Thank you, I just hope they will have time for me again after everyone figures out how good they are. As a Realtor, I only work with the best and they are my #1 go to for everything.

There is no one I trust more than Luis and his team. I have been working with Serenity by Santiago since 2021. They've done a bath and closet remodel, a new roof, painted my home exterior, and completed several smaller projects. They have even provided me with referrals to companies that they trust for specific jobs.

I worked with a couple of other contractors 2 years ago, but neither compared to Serenity by Santiago. They really do deserve 5 stars!

I would recommend Serenity by Santiago they came in gave us a great quote took their time fixed all the things that we needed so that we could be prepared to sell the house they also seen other things and asked if we wanted to get those fixed as well. Their customer service was great they showed that they cared about what we were trying to get done and accomplished the goal and a timely fashion. They were on time every day and worked relentlessly to get the job done couldn't have asked for a better company to help fix and prepare thanks for the house to be sold. Luis and his crew did a great job fixing drywall, scraping popcorn ceilings, and painting the whole interior. They were flexible working around the flooring and window installers and most important. The house turned out great. Highly recommended.

Luis and his team did an excellent job repairing my red tile roof. He took extra time to troubleshoot some tricky leaks that had been there for years. We haven’t had a leak since! He’s always on site, and closely monitors his team. I highly recommend!
