I have to admit for a solid waste transfer station, the up keep is impressive. The staff I have encountered is very customer service oriented.

The Customer Service reps at the City of Phoenix Water Department told me to go hire the people that stand in the front of the land fill to help me unload a boat and then turn around and say they are not promoting them.

For a dump, this place is awesome. Well run. 2000 lbs free per month to PHX residents. Easy peasy.

Got in and out very fast. Plenty of room.

At least the phone number was in service, hence at least one star. I can't give much of a review as I've e-mailed two service requests in the past two weeks with no response and I'm filling out this review while I'm still waiting on hold for over 30 minutes.

Every time I’ve come here the lanes are long but go very quickly , staff is usually friendly and professional , the guy directing traffic over in bulk trash isn’t always friendly but that’s his issues ! I love this place

I have never been treated with any respect by this place it is by far the slowest dump i ever .how can i unload my truck quicker than a computer can print out a # is beyond me hell mcdonalds can cook food and hand it to you and these idiots cant push a button.they nee5d to go to work for mcdonalds and learm some rrspect george your guys suck bad get a new system and quite disrespecting your elders i turned 50 today in your dump i found it has no drive no brains if you did you would be dangerous

Expensive and not very organized be ready to waste some time here there's other cheaper options.

Excellent and friendly customer service. I was apprehensive about going to the dump for the first time but staff was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Definitely will return again and recommending to my family and friends.

Been in line 3 which seams like forever vehicles on both sides of me keep going in while I still sit here. I ripped up the carpet in my livin room and had no place to take it other then the dump. Throwing out a standard couch to or I should say my 2 dogs play toy. One could thing I was able to show my city of Phoenix water bill for a free entry ( 1 a month, who knew)

Not a lot to say... It's a dump. The people at the gate were helpful and pretty quick. The facilities seemed safe enough. It felt good to chuck big pieces of furniture on top of the pile.

I think it’s absolutely pathetic how Phoenix has a one number system to handle all of the City of Phoenix services. Tying to get my water turned on (as a new customer) is next to impossible. I’ve spent several hours of accumulated calls on hold, and have yet to speak with a live person!

I just tried inquiring about the landfill hours on Saturdays (because they do t post this on their website), and again, I was on hold for 28 minutes until I just.

The line to get in was a bit long but they went fast and once you are in it's like a well oiled machine. Once you find your designated dumping spot let the fun begin. I never thought lugging a couch a few feet and tossing it on top of a heaping pile of garbage could be so fun. I am even thinking about using my free monthly load to take my neighbors garbage next month. I might even offer a free service on Criagslist. Any one have any old printers? I think its time to go Office Space on it! I'll even drive if you want to join.

Come here at least once a week, needs better customer service! Don't get me wrong some of the employees are super great but with the other stuck up people I've decided to give 3 stars. Would give 5 if all employees where nice and quick about the process here.

There's usually a line but they move quickly. If you bring your water bill you get 1 free ton a month. Make sure the water bill is in your name and has to be paid up to date.

If you do not pay your trash directly or it’s through an HOA be prepared to pay minimum fee of $30.00 to dump at this location. Lots of rules and I’d suggest checking out their website for details prior to arriving.
