Hardly waiting at the line. The employees at the entrance always cool to me and even hooked me up with a regular weight card. Makes it extra quick and easy so I dont have to register way. The green waste only area guys are extra cool! My landscape crew always happy to drove a little extra to go there!

Phenominal experience! They trimmed my weeds nice and good and left my house looking brand new! Quality service and for the price it can't be beat! Highly recommend WS Home Maintenance for anyone looking to take care of their yard and their life!

The landscaping in our HOA is either butchered down to the ground or running a muck. They are watering The grass right now at 2:45 in the afternoon. Anyone Knows that you don’t water grass in the sun, that it will burn

Workers speed through neighborhoods while "slow down kids playing" signs and actual children are present. 40mph through a residential neighborhood? Talk to your drivers.

Horrible landscaping here in anthem Merrill ranch. Since they started every plant that dies they never replace and they let weeds grow wild......... horrible on the job drinking crews.

They do great and wonderful jobs and you never really know they showed up beside noticing your place or house looks cleaner

Blowing dust right onto properties instead of picking up leaves . With lie cloud cover the air pollution is shocking. Please use your brains

I live at Spectrum at Val Vista. I pay an HOA fee of $525 every 3 months and 75% of it goes toward landscaping. Here it is the middle of May and I barely have any grass growing in my front yard. I'm very unhappy with Four Peaks. :(((

Drivers will try to run you off the road despite hauling a trailer. Extremely unprofessional especially when driving a company vehicle. From other reviews it appears their work is sub par as well. Speaks for itself.

Four peaks landscaping sucks they do not know how to landscape I always see their drivers swerving and picking up trash from other people homes. Worst place to hire. Their bosses are racist. They never have no ppe or cones out either. All they carne about is thier bonuses

I live in Spectrum at Val Vista where Four Peaks is contracted by our HOA. They do a terrific job keeping the common areas in great condition.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is paid very well by the residents in the community (HOA) and the common areas look terrible. Here we go again with the weeds. The common areas are an embarrassment. The residents yards look good - because if they didn't they would be fined. Can we fine the landscapers? The trees look terrible because they are not pruned correctly. Sad to read so many reviews about discrimination.
