We restarted services and Brad Hart and Michael Fraker did a great job getting us back on track. rad was thorough and addressed all of our concerns efficiently. He was also on time and made the process easy.

Brad Hart is our new regular service tech since combining Terminex and Western. We like him very much. He’s very professional, pleasant and efficient. He does a great job plus, he is very timely and keeps me up-to-date as to when he’s arriving.

Communication throughout has been stellar. Notification prior to the visit, shortly before arrival and a thorough summary detailing the visit exceeded expectations. We are very pleased.

The technician was professional as well as courteous and engaging. He took the time to explain if there’s a problem to contact them quickly and they would be glad to come out good to see him.

Western extermination is my favorite servicer in Tempe! Since we’ve had them service our home we haven’t had any problems with bugs (roaches are notorious in the Tempe area). They are good about communicating when services will be done and answer any questions I have. Their techs are super friendly and reliable.
