The individual driving a white GMC truck plate ending in 9BM with your company logo on the side ran me off the road in traffic. If this is typical of how little your employees care for company assets, I hate to see how they treat customer property

This company has been on our property HOA for years. Loads of lip service and not much follow through. I've been very involved in the effort to understand their processes & salvage the relationship if possible. Unfortunately, it's been a losing effort. Every year the property has looked worse...blowing onto patios, poor/inconsistent trimming, horrible tree service, weeds addressed only when the account manager is pressed, dead plants abound (and not removed), new plants dying almost as soon as they are in the ground, projects approved and never started, etc. I'm in the industry and not ignorant of the challenges and the processes involved in keeping things looking good. After years of effort, Four Peaks is finally being replaced. It's truly sad and NOT what any of the Board had hoped for, but no more throwing good money after bad service.

Nice Parking Job - Plenty of room to park around the store, but they had to block 5 parking spots. Please try and think about others and I'm pretty sure that you were not performing landscaping activities at 67th and Happy Valley in front of the Circle K food store this morning. :)

I live in Province Retirement Community in Maricopa. These guys followed BrightView and everything died both in communities and yards. They were just the low bidder and they act like one. Never recommend them to anyone.

I live in Anthem Parkside in Florence, AZ. This morning and multiple times in the past few months, drivers have been going over 60 mph in the Parkside Community. The speed limit is 35. Could you please make sure your drivers actually know how to drive. I will be calling police to have someone available to be posted in the Anthem entrance.

This company has twice now clear cut all our Lantana, plus scalps all the bushes that are supposed to grow to cover the block walls. They also think turning our ornamental grasses into "buttons" of dead looking clumps of whatever is somehow attractive. Contacted our hoa to request that they trim, not remove, our plants, but they keep creating this dystopian hellscape out of our landscaping twice per year. Trimming is necessary, scalping and removing ALL leaves and flowers is not. They have NEVER replaced a single plant that they killed either, so the landscaping as a whole just looks worse and worse each time. It's weird that they spend so much effort killing our plants but they are too lazy to pick up a piece of trash before mowing, they just run stuff over, creating tons more trash pieces. Adding more pics of their handiwork 2 years later. Through poor landscaping practices have killed approximately 50%of the trees and shrubs that were here when we moved in. They get paid the same, for 1/2 the work. Run far, far away from this company if you value your landscaping and the money we spend on it.
It's crazy that the only positive reviews have no information, likely family lol.

I really hate to put anyone on blast however, your driver in a company van with plates 1JA 1DY needs serious intervention. This driver has zero awareness of the cars around him. Please check his speed, he drives well over 15-20 the posted speed limit on surface roads. He is putting Four Peaks Landscaping reputation at risk because safety for others is the least of his priorities.

Ant and Bug Free! We have our house treated quarterly and have not had an issue with bugs since. Manuel is very professional and keeps me updated every step of the way.

Always appreciate Brad, he does a great job for us. And very attentive to details and our requests.

Our service was efficient and professional! The tech did a great job - very thorough!

Brad Hart did an excellent job of communicating with me when I was out of town and again when I returned and he visited my house to spray for scorpions. He explained the process and we discussed the details behind the scorpion being discovered in my daughter’s room. Brad was thorough, polite, courteous and did the work according to what he told me he would do. He also recommended putting screen material in all of our vents.

Our technician Carlos notifies us of his day of service, and then notifies us of his arrival, and notifies us of his departure. His service is superb and we particularly value
Carlos.

I've had service with Terminix for 7 years. However, this year they never sent me an invoice for termite service. I called them and though they have my name and address, they claim to have no record of service at my house. I asked someone from Terminix to come out to talk to me about spraying for bugs. He proceeds to sell me on rodent service, a problem I don't have. I mention the termite service and he claims the traps around the house aren't Terminix's and that if I want service they'd have to dig everything up around the house and put new traps in. He then claims he's worked for the company for 15 years and has never seen black traps like I have.

The company is a mess. I did learn they were acquired by Western and that's probably how they lost my service information. I am very frustrated and disappointed.

Terminix has been my monthly service for about eight years never a problem always on time. Good communication I couldn’t ask for anything more.

It's always a blessing to receive pest control service from Mr. Carlos. He is patient, kind, and very thorough.
