Excellent and reliable - never, ever a complaint. They go above and beyond every time they are here!! We are a multi-million dollar company and it is so nice to never have to worry about our janitorial service.

Hired to clean business offices. Sales rep was friendly but their cleaning was very poor: floors, toilets, desks, etc nothing was cleaned despite repeated communications. Refused to admit non-performance so they could get their remaining contract amount. I do not recommend them

Jani-King's service has really had a big impact to our facility and its cleanliness. The attention to detail is incredible. They communicate really well with me and always take care of any additional work that I need done, in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Jani-king to any business.

I honestly struggled with the franchise that was assigned to clean our facility. Lack of communication, every visit they fell short on their cleaning and never sent someone back to fix it, just frustrating overall. But, then I contacted the jani-king corporate and complained and I could not have been happier with the service.

Director of Operations, Don Horton was amazing. Not only did he get back to me almost immediately, but then he set up a time and date to come meet me in person and go over my concerns. He discussed things with me, took pictures, and made a plan of action. Then on my next cleaning, the head of the franchise that was cleaning our site finally showed his face (first time since first visit) and I was able to discuss my concerns with him and show him what was not being done. I am 100% positive this never would have happened if it was not for Don Horton and the magic he worked.

Don even took the time to meet with me again the day after the clean, and went through everything with me to make sure the cleaning was done thoroughly and corectly this time. I really appreciate all the work Don did for me to get things back on track, and I am optimistically hopeful that now everything will stay on track and 100% will be given on every clean. Thank you Don Horton, you are awesome!

Can’t say enough about Jani-King! They have cleaned our carpets and waxed and polished our floors a couple times and they do great work everytime!

The price is very fair, Larren & team are super easy to work with, and very flexible with our crazy schedule.
I highly recommend!

It is super clear that extra care and detail is included in each cleaning, our supplies have been stocked up and we are equipped with the necessary tools to clean up through out our day if we need to courtesy of Janikings and the amazing team servicing our building. Don’t even think of use this company for your cleaning. The cleaning is not good and they try to justify their poor service.
Even you call them after the service they wont reply you.
This is really really a bad service for cleaning

Organic Panda Floor Cleaning is a business I highly recommend! They are professional, responsive, diligent, and provide exceptional service. I had my tile floors cleaned. The tile and grout had years of grime and dirt built up, especially from my dog. After a seamless cleaning, my floors are shining! I no longer can see the build up of dirt, when the sun hits the tile just right, and I can actually see the original grout color! I will certainly be using their services in the near future.

Horrible. Two people were supposed to come and do extra construction clean up. Only one came and couldn't begin to do what was needed. She had already done another house that was larger than she was told and she was tired. I wouldn't use them again.

I wish I knew about them sooner. Recently moved out of my apartment and they did an amazing job on such a dirty place. I got my full security deposit back!

The man they sent to clean my elderly grandparents home repeatedly stole jewelry and cash. Despite video evidence of them stealing, the company did nothing to resolve the matter. It is awful that they hire such people who prey on the elderly like this. Shame on them, think twice before hiring them.

They were on time. They were here for about 8 hrs, as one was in training. It was the worst job I ever had. I found dust so many places that should have been cleaned! I would not hire them again . It was not cheap.
