Great communication and loved that the owner is in communication with all customers and gives a background of what they do and how their products work before even booking the cleaning. price very very reasonable for all that they do to make you turf look and smell brand new and clean. Definitely recommend this company if you are on the fence about booking. (Not a fake review cleaning recently completed “last Friday on the 6th)

We are so happy with Dirty Turf cleaning services! Steve was very easy to communicate with and the prices very fair. My turf was very smelly and full of tiny leaves deep down. It looks brand new now and is fluffy and inviting! And no more smell so far! The team took the initiative to power sweep the tiny leaves more than once and they are all gone. It’s amazing! I highly recommend dirty turf and have already told friends about them.

Absolutely Amazing Service and Results!! Steve and his team are professional and do quality efficient work! We rescue golden retrievers, and have eight full-time in our Home but have had as many as 12! Over the years we have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours Cleaning and never getting rid of That smell completely! In just a few hours with their process, there was literally no odor and fast-forward two weeks later several rains dogs with upset tummies there is still zero odor! We will be using their services regularly from now on! As local small business owners are south, we love supporting a local businessman like Steve!

Beautiful grass again! Our grass was pretty dirty and very stinky from several years of multiple dogs and puppies. This was honestly a last ditch effort before ripping the grass out and starting over. Matt and John were professional, kind, and communicative. Dirty Turf is my go to for all things related to my pets. I have added two puppies to my family in the past 2 years, both of which had parasites. Once the dogs tested negative, Steve made sure to squeeze me in his schedule right away to zap my yard and my dogs had no recurrence.
A year and a half later I am going through this again after getting another pup. This time it’s a different parasite and he researched the proper cleaners and process. His team came out very quickly again and my yard looks great! I highly recommend Dirty Turf!

I reached out to Mark with Dirty Turf for both turf and carpet cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the service exceeded all expectations. Mark is punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough in his work. He is always good about reaching out and making sure I am happy with the results. I have many people that I have referred to him and the ones that reached out couldn't be happier with the amazing customer service and hard work put in to manage the upkeep with both the turf and carpets.

Our artificial turf looked dull and smelled awful before, but after the deep cleaning a few times and grooming process, it looks much better—fresh, vibrant, and odor is much better. He also tackled our indoor carpets, which had seen their fair share of spills and pet traffic. The difference was night and day! Every stain was lifted, and the carpets now feel soft, clean, and smell amazing. I have Mark come at least once a month for pet stain touch ups due to the carpet getting old and having a pet that is sixteen and has her fair share of accidents.

We have had our artificial grass down for 4 yrs now and we have 3 dogs that love peeing on it. We’ve had a couple diff company’s clean it and could still smell the urine when it got hot out. It was awful. We are so glad we found Dirty Turf, we never get the urine smell anymore. They fluff up the grass. It always looks brand new. Dirty Turf just cleaned our turf and rock area that our dogs frequently use, and the results are amazing! The turf smells fresh and looks brand new. Steve the owner responded immediately to my call for service. Answered all my questions. Dirty Turf came to clean my backyard turf within a few days. Did a wonderful job taking the urine smell away. Put new sand down and refreshed the grass. Recommend them for your yard maintenance and cleaning! They will be returning at regular intervals to keep our turf in great shape!

Two before and one after photo. It took multiple trips, but Steve at Dirty Turf came back, no questions asked, to retreat the area until the hard water stains were gone. The stains were hard to see when the turf was wet, so before he saw the after photo he made sure to say he would come back if I wasn’t happy. They stand behind their promises. Looks like new!

Bought some new patio furniture but couldn’t enjoy it because the dog pees and poops on the turf and the smell was unbearable. And if I could smell it, the neighbors probably could too 😖 I tried spraying some turf deodorizer stuff off of Amazon that attaches to a hose but it didn’t really make any impact so I called these guys. They came out today (John and Matt? Nice guys, father & son I believe) and were out there for about 1-2 hrs doing a deep clean. Smells great, dog stink is gone. They said 100 day guarantee and if it starts to smell to call them and they’ll come back and re-clean. I appreciate a business that stands by their work. Sounds like most people do maintenance every 3-4 months so it doesn’t last forever, but I’m happy we’ll be able to enjoy the backyard again :) Steve called tonight to check on how it went today and made sure I was happy with the job. Great, personable service that you just don’t find that often anymore. Definitely recommend. Thank guys!
