We had Steve out today to clean our turf in backyard , as we have 3 small dogs , they did excellent job and it smells so good now, plus the turf is all fluffy again not smashed down .

I saw Dirty Turf Marketing on my Instagram feed. I reached out via DM to get a quote. They replied instantly asked a few questions about our specific needs and sent over a very reasonable quote with two different options.

We have been using a different service for the last year and their quote was more thorough and less expensive. We scheduled right away and they were able to come out to do the work on the date that I had requested.

A few days prior to the service being completed, they reached out with confirmation. The day before they gave me a three hour window when they would be At my house. They showed up on time and prepared.

The full cleaning, extraction and all took less than an hour. We are very satisfied with the odor removal right away. Steve called a little while after to check in and make sure he could answer any questions. We rescheduled for a few months out and look forward to having a good smelling backyard for the next few months.

My backyard artificial turf had gotten to the point where the pet odor was really noticeable, and I didn’t think it would ever smell truly fresh again.
Dirty Turf came out to my home here in the Tempe–Chandler area, showed up right on time, and were so friendly and professional. After they finished, I was shocked at the difference. The turf looks fluffed up and refreshed, and the pet odor is completely gone! Not masked — gone! I’d had a different company out to clean the turf a year or so ago, and the work that was done for the same price didn’t even compare to what Dirty Turf did. If you have artificial grass and pets, I can’t recommend Dirty Turf enough. It made such a difference in my backyard!

I have two dogs, so of course I need to get my turf professionally cleaned a handful of times each year. I was using a company for years. Unfortunately, they changed their product formula, and it just does not work. They even came to my house the very next day and redid the entire property, and I could still Smell dog pee. It is a shame.

So, I needed to find a new turf cleaning company. Dirty Turf is definitely the way to go. My yard smells incredible and you cannot tell that I have any pets. Steve, the owner, is so very clearly knowledgeable about Turf Cleaning. He is also the ideal business owner—extremely proactive and great at communicating. Needed a rush job done to deodorize, sanitize & clean the artificial turf in the back used by 2 dogs. They fit me into their schedule. Matt & Steve kept me informed as to when they would be here & came on time. They were very professional & polite. Kept me informed the whole time via text & pictures. We recently had Dirty Turf out for our home's turf cleaning in Scottsdale, and the difference was obvious right away. John and Matt handled the job and were great to work with. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing, and clearly knew artificial turf inside and out.

We have two separate turf areas, one standard turf and one putting green. Both needed a deep clean, especially after a lot of use. We also had a big calcium buildup spot where a bouncy house had been sitting for a long time through rain and morning dew. That area looked rough and felt almost baked in. John and Matt took their time with it and got it looking dramatically better. It honestly looked like something we were going to be stuck with, and they proved otherwise.

Dirty Turf just finished cleaning the turf and surrounding rock area in our designated dog area. After 6 years of use it looks and smells brand new. Great service! We just scheduled a recurring every 6 month cleaning so it stays clean and new! We should have done this a long time ago!

We hired another company to clean our artificial turf, but Steve rom Dirty Turf wanted to prove the difference in his service. The very next day, he came out with his system and pulled out all the dog urine the other company left behind. We couldn't believe how much came out! His equipment is seriously impressive.
