I use Maid Complete every month for my rental unit in Scottsdale. Very easy to deal with, great cleaners and amazing customer service.

I was in desperate need of a local cleaning service for my elderly Aunt and Uncle out in Phoenix and this service popped up on Google... I couldn't be happier and my relatives just raved about the great job they did. I'd recommend Maid Complete to anyone in the Phoenix, AZ area. Top notch and professional!

In case your wondering what a full house move out cleaning with all of the added extras gets you , see pictures. Absolutely 0 effort put into the floor dirt everywhere stains, Looks worse than before they touched it. Called into the service department and they told me there is nothing they can do because they spent enough time cleaning my house. Will never use again

I would not recommend this company at all. I paid $300 for a cleaning and the floors were still dirty, things weren't dusted, countertops were the way I left them. Plus, they were supposed to be at my place in the morning; I came home from work at 4:30 and there was still someone here with the job half done! I was having company that evening. I complained and got a "second" cleaning that was just as worthless as the first. AND, I was told they'd be here in the morning. Again, I came home from work at 4:30 to find them still here. They also won't refund all of my money.

I've tried them ALL and Maids Complete is by far the most dedicated to customer service company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Scheduling can all be done online at YOUR convenience. 5 stars for sure.

Excellent service, very professional and fair priced. I had them come and clean my rental property after a former tenant left a terrible mess and after the team at Maid Complete Phoenix was done the house looked great and was rented back out within the week. If you are looking for a great cleaning service then give them a call, you will be glad you did

I am in love with them. Our 10 and 15 year old daughter are allergic to dust. So when we were moving in to our new house we needed it cleaned before moving in. I Called maid complete and they did a fantastic job. I am gonna hire them again if i will get a chance.

Having recently purchased a home in Phoenix, I was looking for the best cleaning service in town to perform a move in cleaning. Calling Maid Complete was the best decision I ever made. Joanna and Maria were very detailed in their cleaning. They had my new home sparking. Thank you so much.

Erin and Karen did an amazing job! They were on time, professional, friendly, and made sure even thing was perfect. I noticed after they left that they made sure that even the smallest details were addressed. They are fantastic and are the only ones I want to clean my home.

I recently purchased a rental apartment and my agent recommended me to maid complete. The entire process was flawless from booking to cleaning. The apartment was a bit of a mess due to the last owner but the cleaners did an excellent brining it back to shape! I highly recommend Maid Complete to anyone who's looking for a cleaning service.

We have 2 rental units in Tempe that ASU students rent. After they move out for the year the places can be an absolute disaster! We always call Maid Complete to get everything into tip top shape for the next renter and they never fail to impress us. Would highly recommend them. The one time we thought they missed a spot in a bathroom they were very apologetic and sent the cleaner back the same day. It’s hard to find that level of customer service nowadays.

OMG - Do Not Use These People!!!

They have virtually zero contact with the people that come to your home. They are hired in blind interviews and send on jobs, into people's homes without Ever having met the people they work for.

Shane in the office is super nice, however; he's not the one that does your house. God forbid you have an issue and you get to deal with Dennis the manager. What a total jerk!! They ran my card for charges
2 1/2 months after I cancelled. When I called Dennis to discuss the issue he decided to hang up on me. Finally I received credit by going through my card company and 2 weeks after that was resolved, they did another charge on my card which I again had removed by contesting with my card company.

Do Not give them your credit card as they feel they have a right to charge it whenever they want, for any amount they want, without ever contacting you. Buyer Beware! Watch you statements, Dennis is total SLIME!!!

At the beginning things worked smoothly, we had a bi-weekly schedule and we loved out cleaner. At that point we only had to deal with Maid Complete the one time on our initial booking. After about 4 cleanings we were vacant from our home for a month and delayed our next booking there so. This is when things came off the rails.

Unpon returning home, the week before Thanksgiving, the person who was not our original maid did not show up. Ok no problem, stuff happens. We then asked for another cleaning after Thanksgiving. The earliest they could get us in was 2 weeks out. We requested to have our original cleaning lady come to do our house and they said that they would do that for us. I called a day before to confirm because they never got back to us and they said it was a new cleaning person. Which was a problem because we needed to leave the house before the new crew arrived and we don't trust random people all throughout our home so we had to cancel. Due to the mixup and their previous cancelation they did not charge us a cancelation fee.

We re-scheduled for a few days later and planed to be around for the new cleaning crew. They did not show up.

This company is simply a middleman for independent cleaning services to get bookings due to their reputation and marketing. We Imagine they do little to no vetting and their booking process of cleaning personnel is not very reliable, especially at short notice.

With all of the inconsistencies and lack of communication about our needs, we decided to move on from this company.

They were gracious enough to not charge us for any inconveniences and therefor I am inclined not to give them the worst rating possible.

Hired this company for a move-out cleaning. The representative who scheduled the 2:30pm job calls to inform us that their assigned cleaner is running late- says they should arrive no more than half and hour. The cleaner assigned to my home was over 2 hours late, not a half an hour. It’s quarter to 5pm and the young lady apologizes and seemed ready to start the job only to find out an hour in and not much cleaning done- she informs me she needs to leave to pick up her partner to help with the job, apparently. She leaves and doesn’t arrive until after 6pm with no partner. Two hours later the downstairs is no where near finished and she still needs to do the upstairs etc. Came to find out she had left again without notifying us- she leaves our garage door open and arrives back acting very strung out. At this point we are exhausted because it’s after 8:30pm waiting for this cleaning to be finished. Our move-out service is clearly not going to be completed with in the next hour and I’m not going to allow this to drag out any longer. Obviously this employee is unprofessional and given the time as it’s so late in the evening, we ask her to leave. Overall, this service was a dumpster fire and I’m very disappointed. Money and time wasted!!

THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY! They do not hold themselves to high standards, and will fight tooth and nail to right a wrong. Extremely disappointed.

Once they had “completed” cleaning my home, I had some friends over who also use this same company. (I will note here that said friends have actually asked Planet Huggers to not even bother cleaning their floors because they do such a horrible and UNSANITARY job). After walking around my home for 20 minutes, my friend and her childrens' white socks were literally BROWN. I was embarrassed and horrified. I took a paper towel, sprayed a small section of my floor with water and wiped it up. The paper towel came up dark brown. I took a video of this and sent it Brandon over at Planet huggers, letting him know that my floors NEVER look like this after I steam mop, and he responded letting me know that next time they can use a “small sweeper to get under cabinets and along edges a vacuum does not always get”. I was a bit confused reading his email seeing as the video I sent clearly showed me wiping a tile in the middle of my floor, so this response did not seem like a realistic solution to the problem. I wrote him back letting him know that his response didn’t make sense, and it wasn’t until then that he even let me know that he was unable to view the video. So a client complains about something not being completed, and sends footage showing this, and he can’t even take the time to find out what the issue is, seeing as he could not view the video and didn’t even ask what it was of? He also told me that “mopping with a bucket of water may not be the most sanitary way to clean floors yet most companies across the board use the same methods”.

WAIT- you’re telling me that you KNOW what you are doing is not sanitary, and you know there is a way to do it better (i.e. steam mop), but you are CHOOSING not to do that? Hmmm… that sounds like a company that does not take pride in doing the best possible job. I’d like to note that this point an apology had not even been offered yet- just excuses. I let Brandon know that I have small children who play on my floors all day long, and we are by no means rich. That is the only reason that my husband and I pay to have our home cleaned professionally once a month. I let him know that I steam mopped, and the pad after I mopped was dirtier than it ever is after I mop- and I just paid $100 to have my floors professionally cleaned! This is the first time that Brandon made an attempt at pacifying me, although not a very good one. He told me that their policy is to send the team back to within 24 hours to fix any issues a client may have- well at this point we have been emailing for DAYS, so we are way past that 24 hour point (which he conveniently never even offered to me within the 24 hour period during which we had been communicating back and forth!) and I have already re-cleaned my floors myself. He also had the audacity to say (this is word-for-word, mind you) “The thing is your floors are not dirty due to lack of effort from the team”. Well what is this supposed to mean? What in the world is he implying my floors are dirty from if Planet Huggers cleaning team JUST left my house? I find that a disrespectful, and insulting way to speak to a client.

I have never been in contact with a company who shows such a blatant disregard for their customers and their money. I just wasted $100 contracting this company to clean my house, and the outcome is completely unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to care.

I had Purmaid clean our house last Thursday and they did an amazing job, I couldn't happier. Even even more impressive, is my wife was happy, and she is the picky one. We want to get purmaid back for regular service.

We have been using Purmaid's services to have our home cleaned on a regular basis for almost a year now, and we have always been super happy with their services! The house always looks and smells fabulous when they leave.

I set my appointment 3 weeks in advance for the Monday prior to Thanksgiving. My appt time was 12:30 pm. I asked for 3 cleaners for 1 1/2 hr as I wanted a 'detailed - thorough' EVERY thing clean - cleaning.
After calling twice, I finally received a call appx 3:40 that the crew was on
their way. OK. Late but OK. At 4:00 a young man & 3 ladies arrived. The first thing I told them was that I wanted a 'thorough' clean. Perhaps I needed a dictionary to properly explain the definition of Thorough. Exactly 40 minutes later I was told they were done. I looked in the one bedroom that I had specifically pointed out what I wanted done figuring that I wouldn't have to 'explain' every small detail as well. What I pointed out 'was' done but that was it. I looked at the main bath which has a pedestal sink and the pedestal had not been touched, nor had the glass shower doors been cleaned on the inside.
I will mention here that this house was 'not' dirty but the details needed to be attended to. These were things that I would have thought would be cleaned in a 'normal' Any Day cleaning, not just for a 'Thorough' clean.
At best this clean was a generic Swiffer clean. They moved NOTHING to dust. books were not dusted, just wiped around. a small end table by the sofa was not moved for vacumming (a small/light weight little table) so it wasn't hard to see that it needed to be moved as you could see the dust behind it. After they left is used a wet rag on my tile floor which came up filthy. This company has a sparkling shiny website but pictures in this case were a severe misrepresentation of their service!
If you want a Swiffer clean these are the folks for you. If you want a sparkling clean find someone else! Not worth my time or money!
