landlord had our place cleaned up. for his appraisal. and wow we could not have been happier having a toddler and not having to worry about toxic cleaning supplies. 5 stars to the crew we had over here in Tucson, Fast and Efficient without sacrificing quality. only - would be i cant have them out on a regular basis!

While we were out of town for Christmas I received a PayPal invoice from PurMaid for the standard cleaning fee which I canceled as I knew my wife had sent a request to skip the service. We emailed and were told that her cancellation had not been received in time and so the service was performed. We were fine with this until I realized that we typically leave a key for them the day of service so I was not sure how they got in the house. The company said they keep an spare key in the office for emergencies.

I have now emailed the company on three separate occasions asking them to resend the invoice so I can pay it because they did complete the service. I also ask if we had ever authorized them to make a copy of our key as neither my wife nor I remember providing approval to do so. As of this afternoon I have received zero response.

I am trying to pay them for the work that they did but I am more concerned about them having a key to my home. The complete and total lack of response is concerning as they historically have been quite prompt with responses to any questions we have had. I am getting the feeling they won’t respond because they are making copies of keys without approval from their clients.

Today was the fifth time i have used planet huggers....the one woman on today's team has been at all five cleanings, three different houses....she is amazing! the whole team is, each one has been...efficient, sweet, ready to listen and do what i have as my priorities....i would never use anyone else for my cleaning needs! A+ service, from booking online, to the finished product...my clean house!!!!

Well where do I start? MY HOUSE LOOKS AMAZING! I have 4 boys running around the house and they cause a lot of destruction. For weeks prior, I thought to myself “gone are the days where I have a clean home”. My job requires a lot of my time, so between work and my children I just didn’t have time to do many chores around the house. That’s when I started looking into a housecleaning service. I stumbled upon purmaid and I fell in love with their website. They have such an elaborate and clean looking website, I was hoping their work was the same, so I went ahead and called in a booking. Their customer service was very pleasant to speak to, and knowledgeable, I had so many questions for them. After a decently long exchange of questions and answers, I was able to get booked into their schedule on the day that I had requested.

The Maids arrived well on time, I was anticipating their arrival between 9:30-11:30 and they arrived around 10:00, they emailed me the day prior with the arrival time, so I knew well in advance. I knew that I would not be able to stay at home while I had my house cleaned (because of work). So, after meeting the team (whom was very sweet) I decided to trust them. Hours later I arrived back at home and everything looked so clean and shiny and the house smelled so great! I could not be happier with my visit from purmaid. I will be calling soon to set up regular service!

My house has never been cleaner! Seriously. So clean. The team that tackled my pile did so incredibly efficiently and professionally. When I got home from work on Friday, I thought I was checking into an Airbnb! They did such a great job! I highly recommend the team from PurMaid!

Mopheads came out to clean my store last week and they did a fantastic job at a great price. The store is roughly 6,800 sq. ft and took just about 4 hours. The workers were scheduled to arrive at 8pm and they were right on time. They were able to complete the job earlier than I anticipated and got out all the stains that larger companies have failed to do. Very happy with the decision to work with Mopheads and I highly recommend them.

Such a great service. I used other companies and one even said we are at the point of no return and this smell would never go away and I need new turf. I contacted Steve the owner. He said no matter how bad it is he could get the smell out. It’s been 2 months and we have ZERO smells! I recommend anyone that needs their turf cleaned only to Dirty Turf.

On time, professional, affordable and very detailed. They did a great job on 1000 sf of Turf. Have 2 dogs that go on it, but no more. The deodorant will keep them off. And a warranty!

I reached out so I could get my turf cleaned Their team came out and did a fantastic job. They were very efficient fast and clean. I would recommend them to anybody that has artificial grass. This was our first cleaning with Dirty Turf. I have to say I am really happy with the service they provided. We have had our artificial grass for almost 6 years now and with pets the entire time and we haven't had the our yard cleaned before. There is zero urine or fecal odor and the turf looks brand new. I am extremely satisfied and I've signed up for services every six months. I was at work but was my wife was home when they arrived. But she told me, the staff was on time and very polite. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and co-workers.
