Goodman's install team led by Jorge put seven cactus plants in my yard at 7 am this morning exactly when they indicated they would be on-site. They we're prompt, courteous and offered advice on future maintenance. I would recommend them and the entire administrative support staff coordinated by Amanda for landscaping projects.

Goodmans has transformed our yard with expert tree trimming done by Arborists who know what they r doing. Our entire place looks beautiful and is maintained so perfectly. Highly recommend this service.

I contacted Goodman's after seeing their work truck on the road and knowing I needed some lighting help. What was needed was a "pain in the rear " type of project that most companies don't have the patience or capacity to dig into. They want the easy buck and the quick fix, so they can move on. And many companies leave you in the lurch after you've spent your hard won time and effort to make the connection, apprise them of the situation, meet with someone to assess the situation, and then if you're lucky, schedule the work. You know what I'm talking about…
With Goodman's, When the staff didn't know what to do with this project, David Goodman called me himself!! He managed the whole project, returned calls as promised, and followed up with everything perfectly. Bottom line, I couldn't Recommend this company more emphatically. In the world were very few people do what They say they're going to do, you can count on Goodman for that!

Dave Goodman and his landscape team gave us a BEAUTIFUL front yard! Thank you, Dave! Here's what I liked about their work ethics:
the whole process, from new irrigation system to plant installation was extremely organized. We knew the work schedule for each day, and check this out: the guys showed up on time each and every day and worked their butts off. Thank you, Joe, Matt and the rest of the guys.
We also had front and back patio paving done and are extremely pleased with the work. Thank you!
Bill, the arborist, came to check the back plants and had his team prune trees, cut bushes and put down mulch. Beautiful yard! Thanks all! I had 3 other companies come, but decided to give Goodman's our business, and we are so glad we did. We will be using Goodman's for maintenance, also.

I've known David Goodman for many years. I've always wanted a "Goodman" yard, and now I have one! From design by David and Joe, to Art's project management, to Mario and his hardworking crew, every phase was handled with care. Office staff was friendly and attentive to billing and scheduling needs. All of my questions were answered and any changes/additions were accommodated. I love that the guys cleared out and closed all gates so my pooch could do his business whenever necessary. After having a yard with dirt and spotty bermuda grass/weeds for so many years, it still feels surreal that this new yard is really mine. Thank you to all!

GOODMANS? Lol …If you want to be over charged and taking advantage of ..then this is the landscaper for you. But don’t worry the neck tattoos and gold teeth on the crew will warm your heart and make you and your family feel super safe and also who doesn’t want their kids and wife stared at. Pro tip: Make sure to change the gate code as frequently as they do their work crews. It’s always a game of chance w this outfit. Don’t let the uniforms fool you. Goodman’s more like Good luck!

Update: Just read the other negative reviews and we had exact same experiences. They never do what we want always overcharge us get super defensive complain leave gates open give us different plants and then are hyper focused on invoicing and collections instead of Customer Service.

Just had Matthew and crew here to repost a downed tipu tree that came down from storm and skin one of my palm trees.
Matthew and crew always does an excellent- awesome job. Always leaving my yard in better shape than when they arrived!

The crew repeatedly lied to us about the work they'd done. We had a section of our yard with wild onions growing and asked multiple times for them to dig them up for us. They always insisted they'd done it but we could see they'd just been mowed down so they regrew. I recently dug them up myself in about an hour. There is also a stump from a lantana hidden in some ground cover that we'd asked them to remove many times. Again, every time they said they'd done but it would sprout new growth within weeks. I'll dig it up myself this weekend. We were basically paying about $650 per quarter for lawn mowing and landscape trimming because they didn't deliver on anything else despite telling us they did. Complete waste of money. I've looked at the Google Maps Street View image of our yard from when they started and compared it to now and it's now considerably worse than when we first hired them.

To the owner, here's how you fix this. Send a rating/survey that YOU read following each visit and let customers tell you how it went. If your crew knows you're checking on them regularly, they'll do what they're supposed to.

Here are photos of the onions the owner claims in his response below his team came back to remove. Clearly they didn't. This photo was taken after I'd already removed more than half of them. I've also included the photo of the lantana still growing out from the ground cover, despite being told it was removed more than once.

Oh my! I cannot say enough positive things about Goodman's Landscaping and Maintenance. From my initial contact with the office to the service crew, everyone was kind and helpful. To top it off, the service my yard received was outstanding. Thank you Cory, Matthew, and crew.

I recently used Goodman's Landscape to do a remodel of our entire property. This company is first class! Their professionalism, quality, and knowledge are second to none! I will highly recommend them whether a small to large project, and/ or maintenance. Simply said "They are the Best!"

We have been clients of Goodman Landscaping since we first relocated to Phoenix. Landscaping here was drastically different than when we lived on the east coast!! What a learning, and they were supportive and provided us advise during the transition….as I would have made some very poor initial decisions. The ‘landscaping’ crew assigned is very friendly/professional and always stops to ask if there is anything I need or confirm it was completed to full satisfaction. Recently, I had to manage a very major illness and the landscape team went the extra mile to make sure it all was perfect when I finally came home from the hospital 4 months later. The support team and managers at the office are incredible and the landscape managers top notch. I cannot express enough my thanks and appreciation for their work, professionalism and support.

Cory got the estimate to me quickly and answered all of my questions. When it came time for the installation he immediately fixed an issue that came up and made sure that the job was done correctly, quickly and efficiently. Great service! My yard looks wonderful!

Had the Goodman's Tree Department remove several super large and old trees that needed to go. Matt, Willy & Jason spent two days at our property and did an amazingly exceptional job! They brought down all the trees safely & methodically, cut up and chipped them down and ground out the stumps. It was a pretty amazing set up and their hard work is greatly appreciated!!! Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

My planned timed yard maintenance was done today. The team was very responsive to the job especially the bush trimming in front yard. I usually want it trimmed way down and the team is usually apprehensive that my request might kill the bushes. Instead the team listened to me as I had this done for several years. My bushes usually grow quickly and the team can’t believe how fast it grows. The team listened and acted responsively to my needs.

Professional, responsive, talented and worth every penny!!! Amanda and Teaira on the customer service team set the stage for an amazing experience. They are both so friendly, upbeat and helpful! I loved working with Jimmy to evaluate what needed done to get my yard looking good and ready for spring/summer. Matthew (who is so sweet and knowledgeable) and his crew were absolutely AMAZING. They worked hard to get my landscaping looking clean and pristine!! Thank you to the entire Goodman's team:)

Gideon and his crew are the absolute BEST!!! He communicates what is needed and listens to me as far as what I like my yard to look like. He watches for potential issues and solves them before they become a problem.

Our crew Jorge and Nick really work hard to keep our landscape looking great, very professional, friendly and easy to talk to about any yard areas we want them to focus on. Corey is great, he comes out to the house whenever we need to look at and discuss possible new projects,adding more plants, flowers, irrigation adjustments, trees, etc. I highly recommend!

My property, both before and after our recent redesign and upgrades, looks great. Goodman's team does an amazing job; they're reliable, knowledgable, and professional. I expect much, and they deliver.
