Dan's service has been very reliable throughout the nine years I have done business with him. My pool is well maintained, any issues are quickly identified and resolved at a fair price.

I have had a great experience with Dan. I found his business as he was the closest pool professional to my home, gave him a call and now I use Dan for all my pool needs including his cleaning service. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and overall a wounderful person to work with. I had several problems and Dan got me straightened out in about a week. He is very kind and easy to have a conversation with, always has a smile. I contacted Dan via messenger after seeing someone had mentioned him in a local
Neighborhood Facebook group. He contacted me back right away, within the day. I explained what I needed- a new spa/heater. He asked many questions to really understand our situation to determine the best solution. He researched some options and called me to talk about the options and prices. We settled on a solution and he came out 2 days later to do the install. Installers completed that day. We were finally able to enjoy our new spa heater tonight for the first time since ours broke nearly two years ago. Heated right up and did the job!
His install was neat and clean. He had to reroute gas pipes, electric, and water pipes to fit the much smaller unit. The pipes are painted to be uniform and the whole thing was clean and well done! Couldn’t be happier with the job Dan did! If you are looking for anything pool related, Dan’s your guy!

Dan's Pool Catering company is by far the best, knowledgeable, diligent, family business in the Phoenix Valley. They are ontime and demonstrated that they mean business, dedicated to their craft and services. They have assisted me weekly with all my pool needs and no detail left unattended. They also assisted me recently with advice & full installation of a new pool titanium heater/cooler. Their price structure and service is worth every penny for all my family's pool needs. Making it stress free for me. Highly recommend!!!

Dreadful service. I only used them since August and had to cancel. The worst part is that, after replacing the sand filter, he dumped the sand on the ground around the equipment and just left it there. Now I have to pay someone to try to clean up the mess.

Great guy. Came a long way to get to my house and helped me out when I was desperate for some help and expertise. Highly recommend Allen. Very hard worker and very personable. Great guy.

This is the best pool service I have ever had in the last 20 plus years of owning a pool!! They always respond to a call with in 24 hours. They do a great job keeping our pool sparkling and clean!! Always willing to please. They will not disappoint and they have reasonable prices and they don’t lie!

I have fought with our pool for years. A friend recommended Allen to us as a solution to our pool issues. Allen has been taking care of our pool for almost three months now. Not only does the pool look better than it ever has, but thanks to Allen, the only thing I have had to do with the pool this summer is enjoy it. I would recommend Allen to anyone.

Allen’s pool services are the best. Even with a busy schedule they made me feel like I was their only customer. Not only that, I was going to buy a larger filter than I needed and Allen told me that it was unnecessary and recommended the right filter and saved me hundreds. It’s hard to find a trustworthy company and I am really glad We found Allen’s. I would highly recommend them!

So Allen's pool company/services might be a good fit for customers who are all ready with him. But if you are a new customer good luck in getting services through his company he'll tell you that his people will call 📞 and they never do, they will say that they will be there but never show. If you text them back, they will apologize up and down and then reschedule for someone to come out the very next day! That day comes, and something happens, but this time, all you get is crickets, no calls, and no text, nothing. If that's the type of pool company you want, then sign right up. Unfortunately, not us!! He seems like a good guy. I believe his company is biting of more than it can chew.

I have had other pool service companies in the past and I never knew if they actually came or what they did when they were there. Their work was substandard but yet they still wanted that payment every month.

NOW... I just had a brand new pool built and wanted it taken care of the right way. Allen was referred by a friend and he has not let me down. He came over and did the initial start up and checked back every couple of days until it was up and running smoothly. Allen is awesome to deal with. He explained how all of the pumps, valves and water features worked, adjusted the water level and cleaned the filters. I know he is busy but he took the time to explain everything and actually showed me, not just told me about it. This guy loves his job. I even said to my husband, I wish I had half the drive and was that cheerful at my job. It is obvious he loves what he does. I can call or text him anytime and he will respond. If he is busy he will let you know but he will call you back. He even will text when he is in route to do your service, which is nice if you have questions while he's there. I will never use another company to maintain my pool. I can tell he treats it like it's his. In this day and age it is hard to find reputable hard-working people to continue doing business with. Allen will far exceed your expectations.

Allen's Pool Catering has maintained our pool for two years now. His pricing is good, his communication is excellent (we appreciate the pictures he often sends, showing us that he was there and did his job!), and he has kept our pool in great shape. He even goes above and beyond: once when we had an emergency pool need he dropped a special event to address the issue. Not only does he do great routine maintenance, he also resurfaced our pool in pebbletec and put in a salt cell. Again, the price and work were very good, and he was timely in the deadline we needed to meet. Call Allen for all your pool needs!
