I have used several companies in the past and by far Allen’s Pool Catering has been the most trustworthy, reliable and detail oriented by far! I travel for work and knowing that my pool is being taken care of, has been a huge relief and appreciated! They have even brought treats for my dogs! Great client obsession from the owner to the techs! I would recommend this veteran owned company to anyone that is in need of any pool cleaning and or repairs!

I reached out due to my pool pump leaking, they were very responsive and transparent about what the issue could be over the phone and explained that they would be able to give me a more detailed explanation once they got eyes on it and once they did they quickly diagnosed the issues and quickly resolved the issue along with other issues that I had no clue were even there. I truly do recommend them if you want a company that will be completely transparent and do things the right way with amazing pricing on both repairs and weekly pool maintenance.

So we’ve been using Allen’s Pool service for about a year! After trying different companies we finally have found our “home” Allen himself is pretty darn cool. Even came out personally to check things out on a needed job. Our current weekly tech Garcia is so amazing! He’s thorough. Takes his time. Is polite, respectful and just a great worker. Seriously ask for him!!!!! Today we ran into an issue with the pool pump and collectively the whole team jumped in, figured it out, got the necessary parts and fixed it the SAME DAY!!! This prompt reaction saved us thousands of dollars! The attention and love is beyond our expectations and so so very much appreciated! This is how people should care for each other! I highly recommend them! We’ve referred them to family and will continue to do so! Look no farther! THIS IS YOUR TEAM!!!

We decided to hire a cleaning crew for our home , my wife was very happy with the way it turned out, they’ll be our cleaning staff from now on . Very professional and friendly people

Me and my wife have had a few cleaning ladies company before but nothing like Monik and her girls , they always do such a wonderful service we definitely recommend them.

Dustin at Bills pest control treated our house for termites. He did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond I would highly recommend him and Bills pest control.

Started with locating the source of the termites, investigating that location, confirming the location, determining presence, and then treatment. I will highly recommend Bills to friends and family. I am very satisfied with the service.

In 15 years Bill's is most definitely the best service I've ever used in the valley. Bill's is a "hands on" family business that is thorough and very detailed.To many of the big companies just don't get the job done for numerous reasons including "cheap" chemicals and underpaid route techs who don't care. I've previously used them all
That is until someone in my neighborhood recommended Bill's. 4 years now and plenty of dead scorpions outside and zero inside!!!!
You will not be disappointed.

Honest, on time, communication was great. Scott called before arriving, was expedient but also did a thorough check. He gave an honest assessment of what he found which luckily was no signs of termites. We appreciated his honesty and will contact the company if we end up needing services.

We had 4 companies come out and give us quotes for active termites. Rep was very knowledgeable, but when they sent the quote, it was for a cheaper termicide (centerfire 75 WSP), that doesn't last as long as the "gold standard", Termidor (5-7 years for Centerfire, versus up to 10 for Termidor).
All the other companies quoted Termidor, and a couple gave 2 options (with Termidor and another less expensive option), but Bill's only quoted Centerfire, and didn't provide any explanation/options.
We decided to go with another company.
UofA research shows fipronil (Termidor) is more effective than imidacloprid (Centerfire, which is generic version of Premise).

I am impressed by the professionalism and peace of mind provided from Ricky. He answered all questions I had and was not afraid to do what needed to be done. Thank you so much for taking care of the termite issue and I will definitely use you again if needed for all pest issues. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
