After Bill’s treated my house for termites, I didn’t find any more for 8 years. So when I found a small mud tube on the house recently, I went with Bill’s again. Ricky came out and treated parts that weren’t needed the first time. He did a great job job and I appreciate his professionalism and thorough work. I’ll definitely use Bill’s again if the need arises.

Received a quote for a very simple exterior pack rat trapping service (not roof rats, no attic access, no interior work). The pricing came in at nearly 4x higher than multiple other licensed competitors in the area.

I understand businesses have different pricing models, but this wasn’t a complex job../just straightforward exterior trapping. The quote felt completely disconnected from the scope of work.

I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes and do not understand how this company has achieved such a high Google rating.

I had a termite inspection completed and was incredibly impressed with the level of service Bobby provides. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his assessment, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He also determined an area where the termites are traveling and offered additional prevention measures.

The pricing was right in line with the other quotes I received, yet he will be providing a much more thorough treatment. He also spoke very highly of the company he works for and its owner, Bob, which says a lot about their values and the pride they take in their work.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I truly appreciate the care, expertise, and integrity Billy brought to the inspection.

Bill came out to provid me with an estimate to rid my house of pigeons. He got right to work ( rather his drone did which delighted my 7 year old). He explained what would be the best course of action and did not over sell. He explained that some of the things I inquired about were expensive and not necessary. He provided additional options but said it would be better to see if the initial project was successful so I wouldn’t waste my money. Bill had the quote ready that afternoon.
I had a rep come out from another company but I didn’t feel confident in his knowledge. Bill on the other hand seemed very knowledgable and I am planning on using them to deal with my pigeons. I just haven’t told them yet haha. I will update when the work is complete.

The folks at Bills Pest and Termite control are excellent and courteous. We have been with them for 23 years and have always appreciated their service. No problems now but before they spent several hours trying to discover how and where they entered into a closet. Nothing was obvious but they tracked it down and treated totally and there has never been a problem there since.
Their pricing is fair and reasonable and we rely on them and trust them to do a great job!
