I wish I could put into words how amazing Allen is and what a wonderful company he’s running. I called to get an estimate on putting a spa heater in and he immediately returned my call. He was able to get me an estimate over the phone. He was quick, professional, informed and beat all the competitors prices. He was refreshing to speak with after dealing with our current pool service company. When we are ready to install our heater, we are definitely calling Allen. He 100% has all of our future business. Allen is a rip off, last month of service didn’t clean or sweep my pool and chemicals were nonexistent. My pool cleaner had bald wheels and a clogged intake in the wall never allowed cleaning and it was never brought to our attention. I swept the pool where is was full of dirt and not chlorine tabs in my baskets. I had another company blow out the suction at the wall and tons of leaves and crap came out. Stay away from this guy, also my pump was left on for the entire winter months at 12 hours and asked his field service mgr to reduce to 4 hour for winter and they never complied. I wasted electricity the entire months of winter for 12 hours which is a summer month schedule only because he was to lazy to reduce it. This was my rental property so I could be there to watch but trusted Allen and he let me down.

They are great during the winter months and the tech is awesome. But the owner Allen got some attitude on him, trying to charge for months when the pool has algae every week. They never test for phosphates and that is what my pool had issues with, which they were not aware of because it wasn't something they tested for regularly, they tried running my pool pump 24/7 in the middle of summer, to discount issues with the filters. Then I get attitude from him and he started arguing points that had nothing to do with my pool. Clearly this owner does not know what is going on with his business.

Allen has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to our horrible experiences with pool companies in the area where we live. Norterra. He responded immediately and went over, in detail, what we could expect from them doing our weekly service. The last 6 months have been amazing. He almosts over communicates lol.
Our filter sprung a leak that the weekly technician found. He let us know that day and had a new filter in the next day. We got quotes from three different pool companies as well and he was the lowest because we were a weekly customer.! Thank you Allen and team!

I hired Blue Horizon Pools after the recent storms. I tried to get it clean myself but couldn’t get it to clear up. The owner came over and took a look at it. He brushed it, vacuumed, cleaned the skimmer and back flushed. He added the right amount of chemicals because the next day everything was good as new. He even came back to make sure! Great customer service. I plan to hire them to just maintain it from here on out
