Jake from Bill's Pest Control did a wonderful job treating our house. He was punctual knowledgeable friendly and explained everything being done thoroughly.

Bill's are simply the best for termite issues. They are priced reasonably, have great techs, and their warranty is rock solid. They have taken care of my 80 year old home for the past 10 years and I recommend them without hesitation.

Fantasia is AMAZING!!! I had so many questions for her today and she helped me understand what’s going on with my plants inside the house and what to do to eliminate the problem. Plus she was soooo sweet to our dog!

We’ve been with Bill pest for over 15 years. Paulina services our house and does an amazing job. Our dogs love to chase her from window to window from inside the house, just wanting to chew on her broom as she sweeps away cobwebs. We have also use the termite services and they have been exceptional

Just not for termites.

We needed an inspection completed on our office, and based on a quick search, I found Bill's Pest Termite Control. I reached out and was helped by a friendly employee, who scheduled our inspection for us. Bobby was the tech who came out. He was friendly, informative, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. After his through inspection, he filled us in on what he saw and even gave us some tips on what we can do in the future if we have concerns. Will absolutely use their services in the future. Thank you, Bobby!

Bobby was great. Being new to Arizona, he explained what i thought were issues of rodent and termite. He was honest and didn't try to sell me anything since I didn't have any issue after all. And no charge for the visit but I did leave a tip. He suggested a future inspection. Will definitely use Bill's Pest Service if needed in the future.

Bill is very knowledgeable about termites. He mentioned all the possible ways termites come into the property. They could be there for years and the customer will never know, which was something I’ve never hear before. Bill was very professional and respectful. The quote was a bit much for my budget.

Bobby did a thorough job of inspecting the property; and giving me an estimate and a date for the planned work promptly. His assessment of my bird issues was exactly as I expected. They also came to inspect very promptly.

Our 1st time using Bills. The ladies in the office where very nice , professional and answered all my questions promptly. Dallas, my tech was very nice and informative about my service needed. He even had recommendations for dog collars against ticks due to the problem here at home.

Not happy. This company have treated my house 5 times. My issue is that when the technician arrives, the first thing he says is that he doesnt have much time and will need to come back another time.
Thanks God I found another company who will be on sight next week and will treat the house by standard. After pulling up the data online of previous treatments by Bill’s crew, expert opinion is they never executed the treatment right!
Im just happy I found a more reliable vendor who actually has the time it takes.

I was contacted within 24 hours of my request. They gave me a window and the technician showed up when they promised. The technician explained some things about pigeons on my solar panels - listened well - and got my quote to me (the same afternoon) with all the services I was requesting .

Scott communicated early in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived a few minutes early, was friendly and intelligent, answered all my questions and gave an honest inspection. I’ll continue to use Bills for pest control and even pigeon mitigation. Top notch, experienced inspectors who communicate with excellence and keep their schedules.

Ease to get an appointment. Inspector arrived ahead of schedule for termites . The inspector walked around the perimeter of the home and identified a bit of activity in the casita and garage. Left the home after about 20 minutes and we were promptly sent a proposal. Price seemed comparable to other quotes given.
