I had originally given them a 5 star rating. We have a property that is vacant and for sale. We have had people complain about the smoke smell from the previous owner. I contact Honest Guys and they sold me on the vent cleaning and Ozone shock treatment. He did let me know it works 90% of the time. I went to the property the same day they picked up the ozone machine and there was no smoke smell. Unfortunately a week later the smell was back. I called today and asked if they had recommendations for instance maybe another ozone treatment and all the guy said is "Remember I told you it works 90% of the time and you fall in the 10%" I asked what he recommended and he said "Google" all I wanted was to know if another ozone treatment would help but we didn't even get that far as he was too rude. Good news is I used Google and found an ozone machine and a company who guarantees their work even if they have to come out a couple times. I'd say paying $720 wasn't quite worth it.

Super friendly, no up selling. Everything was explained before and after the job. My vents looked almost like new after the pressure wash. My only complaint would be for them to leave the plastic cover over the furniture until after the fan is turned on because some stuff does blow out when it’s initially turned on.
