From our first phone call to the actual service Marius was very professional. He explained everything step by step. While his service took longer and was a little more expensive than some of the other companies out there, it was well worth it! Our home is 40 years old and the vents have never been cleaned. Our vents were FILTHY! Pictures are worth a 1,000 words. Take a look. SO glad he came! We've set a reminder in our phones to have him back so they never get that bad again.

Honest Guys Duct Cleaning was recommended by another HVAC company that does not clean ducts and I am so happy with the results. Gabriel was professional, responsive and respectful. I requested numerous business cards to hand out to neighbors and friends. I will be contacting them in the future for follow up duct cleaning in a few years.

Just had Xavier and an assistant out today for a cleaning of 14 vents and 2 returns. As soon as I turned on my two A/C units I could tell the air quality was not only excellent now but the air flow is so much better than before the cleaning. Both guys were very professional and personable too. This cleaning took hours to complete as Xavier made sure everything was cleaned properly and not rushed. All of my vent covers are secured and a nice glossy white after cleaning. I am happy to support a local business that does quality work!

This air duct cleaning company was amazing. I initially scheduled with them and had to change things around and they were very accommodating and professional about the whole change. Showing up on time and confirming a job is very important to me and they did both. They cleaned my older home which has metal ductwork BY HAND and provided me with before, during and after pictures during the process. I also received a discount on my dryer vent cleaning which ended up being completely clogged and switched out the dryer vent hose at no charge. They also sealed the gaps between the air vents and the dry wall which caused a air transfer between the inside of the home and the attic. I also appreciated the fact that they were there for 5 hours cleaning the ductwork in my mid size condo. I felt I got my moneys worth and didn't get hustled by these other "quick buck" air duct cleaning companies. Save yourself the homework and call them. FIVE stars for sure. Thank you for the great business experience.

Our house is from 1968 and had ducting that has insulation on the INSIDE. Ooof. The crew with Honest Guys didn’t skip a beat. Although a small set back when the insulation couldn’t be cleaned and instead needed removed, they adjusted. Took time to educate us and then worked with OUR schedule. Very reasonable with pricing. Extremely professional crew.

I had a great experience with Honest Guys. During the initial cleaning, they recommended that I also have my AC coils cleaned by an AC specialist.
When I followed their advice, they discovered significant debris from previous construction work that had accumulated in both the ducts and AC system. Even after the thorough cleanings, I noticed some light particles still coming through a few ducts.
When I contacted Honest Guys about this remaining issue, they immediately dispatched Xavier and Anthony to return and complete the job to their high standards. Their quick response and commitment to ensuring complete customer satisfaction was great.

Excellent service from Xavier our technician. We had a bird’s nest in our dryer duct. We had tried to clean it ourselves but we probably just pushed it further down the duct. It’s all clean now and Xavier also reattached the duct between the dryer and the wall in a better way. I’d definitely recommend this company!

Found these guys on Google - glad I did! Duct cleaning isn't really one of those things that you think about, but if your home is old or if you've had renovations done by a contractor I highly recommend giving these guys a call. Ask for Xavier, he was our tech and paid attention to detail, explained things thoroughly, and was just excellent all around. Check out the before and after photos.
