As always happens, our AC went out in the middle of the blazingly hot Arizona summer. We called Heydorn AC in the evening and they were able to come out the very next morning to diagnose. Bruce and Justin showed up right on time and did the most thorough inspection our HVAC system has ever had. They found that besides our condenser going out that the builder had never installed our drain pan at the correct angle, which was shorting out the system, a problem that two other companies never noticed (or if they did, never bothered to fix). They fixed that problem same day, and we chose to replace our AC unit with them due to the age of the unit. Bruce was able to order the Trane unit same day, and Justin and his team installed it the very next morning. We were blown away by their honest care and attention, and their prices were hugely competitive compared to anyone else. We will never use anyone else for our AC maintenance and repairs!
