I'm writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Jason. My mother, who is 74, was experiencing issues with her air conditioner, and as you can imagine, it was a real concern, especially with the upcoming desert summer months.
Jason arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and courteous. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explaining everything clearly to my mother, who appreciated his patience and respectful demeanor. It was evident that he was knowledgeable and experienced.
What impressed me most was Jason's ability to quickly identify the problem and efficiently make the necessary adjustments. He didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, which is always a relief. He simply fixed the problem and ensured the air conditioner was running smoothly before leaving.
My mother is now comfortable and cool, and we both have peace of mind knowing the issue was resolved by such a competent and honest technician. Thank you so much for your excellent service, Jason. We will definitely be recommending HoxAir to others.

I had a fantastic experience with HoxAir during a recent visit. Jennifer was so helpful in getting an appointment set up. Jason was incredibly courteous, clean, professional, and informative—everything you hope for when someone’s working in your home.

He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. It is clear that HoxAir takes pride in their work and values customer service.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC service—quick response, great communication, and top-tier professionalism!

Jason came out Sunday morning after contacting them the night before. Very courteous and helpful. He got us cooled down within the hour. Appreciate the honesty and his integrity. He really seems to be someone who is ready to help out and go out of his way to do it.

Our rental property needed a new A/C system, and I wasn’t pleased with the estimate we got from our warranty company, so I contacted the real estate agent that sold us the house and he recommended HoxAir, which he had hired for one of his own homes. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Jason installed a higher quality system at a better price than the previous estimate. He is very personable, professional, and really efficient in getting the job done. He even offered to bring over a portable air conditioner to the tenants if they needed one during the two days prior to installation. Our tenants contacted me after installation with these words: “That company was the best and Jason is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for sure.” So would I!

This company is a breath of cool, fresh air! Honest, hard working people who care to do a job correctly at a fair price. It’s rare to come by a company that is so communicative & doesn’t waste time to get the job taken care of. Jason clearly has many years of experience that show in his excellent work. We were lucky to had been taken care of by HoxAir!

We arrived home on a Friday after work to our ac not working, triple digits and our ac company unable to check the ac until Saturday from 4-7 pm. I reached out to Jason at HoxAir and he arrived within the hour. He was able to diagnose the issue. Since our system is still under warranty we ended up going through our ac company for the repair, but will be keeping HoxAir in mind for future heating and cooling concerns. We were pleasantly surprised that we weren’t charged a service call fee. Amazing!

Ladies and gentlemen, if you need A/C or Heating help in your home, you need to call this guy! He listens, to you, understands you, and comes out and takes care of you. Knowledge is what professionals rely on, and Jason has it,along with caring, understanding and excellent customer support. I experienced this myself. He and his wife are top notch people, as well as professionals.

After the recent heavy rains, we found a leak inside. The roofing people that inspected let me know the issue was with our AC that had been replaced a few years ago. The AC company... is out of business.

A coworker suggested Hox Air. I texted them with the pictures the Roof person had taken, and Jason got back to me quickly, let me know what the definite costs would be, as well as things he might potentially run into, and a time frame to be there a business day later. And the quoted estimate was a LOT lower than I was fearing.

He gave a heads up when on his way (always nice), showed up promptly and got right to work. He identified another issue from the original install with drainage and fixed that as part of the service call. He let me know in advance that as feared, there was some extra internal cleanup that should be done, and gave me a discount on it since he was already out and had the unit open. The work was done quickly and with almost no sound from above.

After Jason was down off the roof, he went over everything in detail, including a few oddities he noticed with how the system was installed originally. He warned me of a few things to watch out for in the future, and showed me a full suite of photos from before his work, in progress, and the finished product, including the specific extra issue with needing to clean the indoor coil that was the extra work he had already warned would likely be needed.

Jason was great to work with, polite and well spoken, clearly competent and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Not only am I not worried about another leak next time it rains, but with the other fixes he did, my AC is blowing harder than it was on the day it was installed.

I hope to never need him on my roof again, but if something goes wrong, I have Hox Air saved on my phone, and I've already texted a couple neighbors who were talking about needing work done before next summer. Highly recommended!

STOP!!! This is the AC company you want, but didn’t know you NEEDED! Honesty, Reliability, and Integrity! Jason is the man! He took care of everything I asked and then some! I wasn’t sure what to expect when it came to price, but when he presented me the invoice. I honestly thought we should’ve payed way more! I will be using HoxAir from now on! Thanks a ton!

Jason is an excellent hvac tech. The whole process was easy. They were very knowledgeable and did everything as promised. They treated us with respect. Pricing was excellent and they took the time to explain all the questions we had. I highly highly recommend using this company I promise you will be so very happy. We had the whole AC replaced. They also removed the swamp cooler and capped it off. They did work on the duct that needed to be done as well. Such a phenomenal experience.

Quick response to my service call on a late Friday nt. Came out on time early Sat AM, quickly determined the issue with my a/c and got it working again! Fair service call charge, no upselling or BS. Will recommend to friends and neighbors!

Had the unfortunate experience of running into the gentleman in the grocery store. He decided that it was appropriate to eavesdrop in my conversation and then vocalize his judgment not only while I'm checking out but continued to do so while I was bagging my items and leaving. Someone who acts so rude and unprofessional to strangers (aka potential customers) while repping your business info and truck is someone I'd be willing to bet shows up with poor customer service and professionalism. Shame on you Sir.

Ps... had you listened to the beginning of the conversation you were eavesdropping on, you'd know you just passed judgement on a completely covid compliant charity event. Bravo.

I called for help and was given simple instructions to fix my issue myself, which never happens. He told me how to remove, where to go to get a new one, and I replaced the condenser fan motor and was up and running quickly. I tried to pay them but they would not accept. I really wish there were more service companies that would help like Galaxy helped me. Great phone skills.
