I have a house that is a rental in El Mirage the AC unit was too old I needed a replacement I had called a few companies even the one that my PMC was using the best price came from AC for less 3 tons for $4300. Prices of others were from $5500 to $9500.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had when it comes to air conditioning. The staff was knowledgeable friendly and most of all intelligent. Especially the man that runs the back, I'm talking about the shop the inventory and loading and unloading. This man was knowledgeable very well-spoken very good looking and it had a way about him that was very sexy. I definitely recommend this company to everybody

Gerry and his team fixed a rental unit I have. They worked with me and my tenant on two (2) occasions. Each time, they showed up on time and worked well with my tenant to fix the AC issues. Love these guys.

Above and Beyond
I own a residential home with tenants who have special needs.
On a Saturday afternoon the A/C went out and it wasn't brought to my attention until 10pm that evening when the interior temperature was still at 82 degrees. I called 1800 Cooling at 7am on Sunday morining, left a message with the answering service hoping to get the on call tech out. Steve returned my call promptly, and told me the earliest they could get to me was Monday @ 0800 as other units were tying them up. I told him the situation with bedridden tenants and he understood immediately this was an outside of the box call. He brought the Manager in on the text and to my surprise, Josh Thompson called me and told me he would be out himself asap. Josh and his brother were on thier way for a Sunday hike and dropped everything to make the service call. Josh quickly determined the unit had experienced a "cardiac event" (my words). Josh had the new compressor on order and enroute first thing Monday morning, with two techs on site doing the work to expedite the repair.
1800 Cooling lets you know via text when and where the tech is and gives you an accurate arrival time so you aren't wondering if everything is still on track. His Sunday servcie call to see if it was a simple fix didn't work, but it saved us time and got the ball rolling on the repair, eliminating an addtional day of down time. I highly recommend 1800 Cooling for A/C servicing and can't thank Josh enough for making the effort especially on a Sunday. Should the need arise down the road, I will use them again.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Frank used professional equipment to analyze the home size and the quality of insulation, presented my equipment options clearly and the installation was done promptly. I would highly recommend Cooling for Less.

Really impressed with this company! The front office staff was amazing- I called on a really busy day and they promised to get me in between 2-4pm, then called back a minute later to say a technician was in the area and would be over immediately. He was great- got the problem figured out quickly and VERY reasonable prices.
The last AC service we used gave me a service time of 1-5pm then didn't show up until 6, with never a courtesy call to let me know they would be running late...which is ridiculous since I'm sure they knew I was the last person on the route. NOT COOL when it's 115 degrees out.

Great value. Everyone in the company (from the estimator, the installers, and the phone support) was extremely helpful. They kept me updated with texts and phone calls on the day of and worked with my schedule. Got an estimate for replacing my 30 year old unit and they installed the new one the next day.

Happy 4th of July; if you ever experience no Air Conditioning service during Arizona's high heat, you will understand my review of AC for Less. I've only had to call upon AC for Less one other time for something that turned out nothing; the unit we purchased from them working like a GEM; BUT on July 3rd, 2019; called the AC for Less after hours; whom I purchased my unit from and installed, because we had NO air conditioning as of 6:00 pm. It stopped working. I was contacted by Larry at 10:00 pm. Now all keep in mind this is a Holiday weekend. my customer service expectations were low. But Larry called and had someone here by 11:30 this morning Derrick, great communication and showed such integrity to make sure the resolution was permanent. After a very thorough review of our system, resolution was within a couple of hours and so thankful for my Air Conditioner so remaining of this 4th of July can be enjoyed. We were so HOT and exhausted from the overnight, but SO THANKFUL...THANK YOU LARRY, service Beyond my expectations!

Had an ancient package (roof) heat pump that needed replacing. Got one bid to repair that was not worth doing and one to replace it from another company that i have used before. Cooling For Less (800coolingaz) had a much better deal advertise on their website that was what i needed (3700 for new 3 ton 14seer), so i gave them a call to get a bid. Frank came out and confirmed that price, there were no BS add on costs. I paid 3700 out the door. Already called them again to do a smaller ducting job in a remodel i am working on.

...We bought a new heat pump from Cooling For Less this past summer to replace our 13 year old unit. We are impressed by the quality of service at a great price. Today our heat wouldn't come on and Freddy fixed the thermostat wire in a jiffy. These guys follow up on their work and know what they are doing.
