I called AC BY SAM about an AC issue. Within an hour Sam was at the door. He checked the AC unit thoroughly, identified the problem and fixed it. I just needed to take a moment to thank Sam for saving us from the heat yesterday. Our very old ac unit started to push out hot air on a 118-degree weekend. After looking at everyone's reviews, I gave Sam a call, and he happily fit us at the last minute of his work day. We had an indoor temp of
90 degrees and rising. Luckily, he gave the unit a thorough look over and found the capacitor culprit.

He was able to fix the unit the same day, and we are back at normal temperature a few hours after the fix. I am very weary of ac people in AZ as many are not very honest and always looking for the upsell.

Sam was very honest about the situation and fixed it on a very old unit rather than just saying it needed to be replaced. I am grateful and hope this gives me time to research financing so he can install a new unit when we are ready.

Sam came through for us when we needed an AC guy to diagnose and fix a leak that was coming from the rooftop unit. It was raining rain water inside and he quickly found the culprit and done the job quickly. He also sealed a solar tube because he saw something that needed fixing too. He was friendly and has great people skills, thank you Sam, Merry Christmas!

Sam was amazing. The AC quit around mid-day. He was responsive to calls/texts, showed up within the timeframe given (and apologized for being late though he wasn't) and fixed the AC on what I think has been the hottest day of the year. I can not say enough about my experience with Sam. I am in the real estate business and have a long list of service contacts. I randomly decided to try someone new moments after I noticed my AC fan was not blowing and Sam was very responsive. He was on a job but let me know he could fit me in, he have my an arrival time (not an arrival window), and he was on time. I had an idea of what the issue could be as my AC unit is only a few years old. Wishing a few minutes Sam had pinpointed the issue as the capacitor, exactly what I assumed. I was happy to have him take care of it on the spot. My home was up to 87 degrees inside, on a Saturday, and wishing a few moments I back on my way to 72 degrees. Thank you Sam!

Our AC Unit stopped working the day before our 2 months trip. If it wasn’t for Sam showing up in the middle of the night, we don’t know who else would. Called 10 other 24-hour emergency services, and none wanted to. Not only that. He is a man of his word. He did the job for half the price of what anyone else would and is so precise and accurate with everything he touches. He took care of our condenser and made sure to test all other components of the unit and make sure we could sleep in peace while away from our home.
