My experience was terrible. I was helped by ginger he was rude and unprofessional he shouldn't be working in customer service he should be in the back stocking. He didn't have on his mask on aswell. I'm very disappointed

Really nice store. Has been open a couple years but it's the first time I had been to that one. It's whole sale only & you'll need a contractors license to buy from them. Or work for someone who carries a license. They are always very helpful & almost always have everything you'll need.

This site is probably the worst one out of them all. They never have any parts, tools, or the necessary supplies to complete a job. And the staff is horrible two old guys that can’t work the computers, and some young kid who thinks he knows everything but doesn’t even know what threat sealant is!! Ferguson do better please!

Hello, this place is not for the HVAC service company. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, they refused to sell me R454b. Said I had to buy a leaking Day and Night unit before they would sell a jug of R454b. I just needed to juice, they said no. It’s company policy to only sell the refrigerant if I bought a a leaking unit. Sorry you lost a customer. United Refrigeration didn’t have a problem selling it. FYI they have plenty of juice. Bye Ferguson.
