If you’re having an emergency and the numerous dispatchers won’t call back at the big guys then Sam is your guy!

A big shout out to Sam and his brother for coming out and repairing our 5 year old Trane at 9 in the night so my kids could sleep. My AC went out for a recurring issue that happens during monsoon and has been “fixed” twice.

I called at least two dozen businesses and none of the dispatchers called back or could come out immediately. Sam promised he would take care of it and he did!!! He was at our house within 2 hours.

He was able to correct a plumbing issue that was triggering the condensation switch to turn on and kill the thermostat and unit. I hope this is the long term fix we need to not have our AC die unexpectedly because it’s humid outside.

They were clean and responsive. For the urgent emergency I think I paid a very reasonable amount. I would highly recommend these guys!

Sam is amazing! I can't praise him enough. My AC was on the fritz and had a well-known company come out to analyze and quote me on a new unit. There quote was ridiculously high and the next day my AC just stopped working. At this point I decided to support a local company with a good reputation, I then reached out to Sam and he came out the same day! My compressor was shot and Sam gave me the option to replace it or get a brand-new unit. His quote came in at almost half of what I was quoted by the company the day prior. My house was 98 degrees, and I was suffering mild heat stroke symptoms. I had to send my special needs Son to my brothers because the temps in the house were unlivable. Sam re-arranged his schedule and was at my home the next day and replaced my unit and the house was cool in an hour! I HIGHLY recommend Sam to anyone needing a compassionate, highly knowledgeable and honest HVAC company. Thank you so much Sam for the FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!!

A/C went down and my home warranty company sent someone out after 2 days. They spent a couple of hours testing everything and then came back with a diagnosis of faulty wiring, which the home warranty company wouldn't cover, and for which they wanted to charge $2300 to fix. I called AC By Sam and Sam himself came out within a couple of hours. He went through the same process and came to a completely different conclusion and for less than 25% of the quote from the first company I am now sitting in my nice cool house thanks to Sam. I would highly recommend this company, they are quick to respond, honest and efficient!

We had Sam install a replacement home (residential) HVAC system for us the beginning of April 2024. We initially had called him because our old system wasn’t heating reliably (after 29 years), and after he had looked at it, we decided it was time to just go with the new unit. Unlike many technicians, Sam isn’t just a salesman, and was willing to invest time diagnosing the problem with the old unit. At that age though, lack of parts and economics sealed its fate. So we ordered the new system and scheduled the install.

Our entire experience with Sam was that he is knowledgeable and meticulous. The new system works great and looks gorgeous. Sam pays attention to small details that make for an impressive installation. Cables and pipes are well routed and wrapped, retaining clamps are installed where needed, and finishing touches with caulk/sealant make for an amazing appearance.

Sam’s pricing was very reasonable. He is reliable, and he was a great person to deal with. I highly recommend that you give him a call when you have AC/HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Sam really saved us in a pinch! Our AC went out and he was able to rescue us at 9:00 pm. Sam had excellent communication skills over the phone and by text and kept me posted on when he would arrive. Sam was wonderful, I texted him on a Saturday afternoon, and he was there Sunday morning to fix my A/C. He detected the problem very fast, and had the part with him to fix it! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Sam!

Sam was great to work with. Our upstairs AC stopped cooling overnight. I called him at 7am and he said be would be here by 8am. He arrived at 7:59. The problem was diagnosed in 10 mins and repaired in 30 mins. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend his company.

AC by Sam is my new go-to AC company. We had a tune up from a larger name company who quoted us very high for repairs and told us we needed a lot of other “necessary” items. When I called Sam he not only came out for free to assess the issue, but quoted us almost $2,000 less for the same work. He is very knowledgeable, communicative, was able to repair my unit within days and did exceptional work. I would recommend this company over and over again!

Came home this evening, it was extremely warm in the house, ac was blowing hot air. Have asthma pretty bad and 2 small dogs. Called a couple companies to see who can come tonight.
