I had a fantastic experience with Sam, the AC technician! He arrived right on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was not only very professional but also super friendly and funny, which made the experience even better. Plus, he took the time to explain everything in great detail, so I felt completely informed. I highly recommend Sam for any AC needs!

We had Ac by Sam out on Saturday to give us an estimate on a new unit as our current unit was 30 years old. Sam was amazing and we felt no pressure. We were scheduled for Monday for them to come out and do the work. Sam and Edi arrived on time. They were both very professional and friendly and made the whole process very easy. We were very impressed. They were even out during a a rainy day to finish outside work. Total troopers! Work was completed and any and all questions we had were answered. New thermostat was explained, system use explained. They cleaned everything up and vacuumed any residual mess up to the point you would never know they were there. We have received messages since installation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and asking if we had additional questions. We are very happy that we chose to go with ac by sam for this job. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a new unit installed , repairs done or just unsure of who to select for their project.

We woke up this morning and the house was 85 and rising. Texted Sam really early and he was quick to respond and came asap. He took only 2 minutes outside before he came back with a diagnosis and it was fixed in under an hour. 10/10 would call him again, but soon we won’t have to because we’re sold on his membership option to keep it maintained on a schedule. Great experience and fast service! We were out of the country when our AC at our rental went out! Sam was quick the respond to our need and very communicative with what he was doing when fixing the AC unit. Highly recommend him!
