We contacted them and within a couple of days a representative came out and reviewed our current system and was able to advice us on a new one. We agreed and set up a time to have it installed. They were here right on time and did a excellent job on the installation. They have good prices on their products and very a professional staff. Would recommend to anyone. First they said I need new AC would be 14k on a 1509 Sq ft house (found another quote 7500) then the said new compressor 9k then to clean just the coils$ 2600. Felt like they were just scammers. Then they dropped down to 800 but had to buy their maintenance package to get coils clean3d for $200. These people are scam artist buyer beware!

Last month my AC was on the fritz. The cost of fixing it was almost as much as buying a new one so I began to shop around. I had several sales reps from different AC companies in my home to discuss various units, features of each unit and pricing. The sales rep from Cooling For Less was the only rep who asked me what my needs were, the type of unit I was looking for and expectations so I went with Cooling For Less. A few days later a team of guys showed up in the morning and by the end of the afternoon I had a new unit up and running. Cooling For Less also helped me with a new/larger AC Unit pad and a new/more efficient return air intake frame inside my house. Five Stars for me. Now, the true litmus test will be how reliable my new unit holds up and how reliable of service Cooling For Less will be over these next few years? I am positive both of these needs will be met. Cooling for Less was wonderful to work with! We were in the market for a new AC unit, and the rep who came to our home was very knowledgeable and understanding, without being pushy. He helped us understand what we needed without pushing a bigger-than-necessary unit on us. When we ultimately decided to go with them (because their price with installation was amazing), they were out the next day. Great experience with Cooling for Less. I was a renter getting ready to buy my place and wanted my 33 year old AC replaced. The owner solicited quotes from Cooling for Less.They worked with both me (the renter and soon-to-be owner) and my landlord (the current owner) seamlessly. They kept track of things... the current owner was buying the AC but the warranty would need to be in my name. They recommended waiting to register it to avoid a transfer fee, which I appreciated.

We selected a Trane unit. They were communicative and always on time. They were courteous and professional. They had good prices. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very mindful of my cats, as well.

It was no hassle at all, and that surprised me. They kept track of everything... the little things and the exceptional service make all the difference! I was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

We had our 2 AC unit replaced. I gotta say Cooling for less staff are amazing, they have lots of patience from customer like me. They beat the price on all 5 HVAC contractors estimates. The two installers did an awesome job and answers all our questions. I wish I remember their name. We been with this company for couple of years and still satisfied with their awesome service. They are honest and reliable. Gerry, Vanessa, Steve, Frank, Janice, Fred and the 2 wonderful installers are wonderful people.

I have used them to Service my 2 AC units, very affordable & quick response. Friendly & informative both over the phone & in person. I recently had them replace one of my AC units, they quoted a low price, installed the unit within 1 week. This is the AC company I intend to use for both Service & Replacement from now on. I wish every Business I deal with was similar to this Company.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Randy and his team did an excellent job diagnosing what was wrong and offering 2 different options at very reasonable pricing. We went with a full unit replacement and he had it done the following business day. Would highly recommend

I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience with Randy the owner was so good I felt I had to, I had contacted Arizona air experts on a Saturday late day not expecting to get a call back until Monday but received a call in about an hour, I was convinced I needed a new system and asked for a quote on that (which was a great price) after coming out early the next day instead of making the sale Randy told me the system was in good condition and did not need a replacement or any parts fixed just regular changing of the air filter. Now that is how you run a company ! If you need any hvac done and want some honest guys that won’t try and bs you, go with Arizona air experts

Arizona Air Experts is a fantastic company! After calling other businesses and being quoted extremely high repair costs and new unit recommendations, we called Arizona Air Experts. Randy troubleshooted the repair on the phone and was dead on! Repair done quickly with no issues. Would absolutely recommend this company to everybody. Honesty goes a long way and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

I called Arizona Air Experts to perform the seasonal check on our main AC unit and mini split unit. The company we had been using for several years wasn't doing a thorough inspection, did not clean the unit coils and left no detail on status of units except to say they were fine. After researching reviews, I thought I would give AZ Air Experts a try. AZ Air Experts performed a very detailed check on the units including: filters, compressor, capacitors, refrigerant, condenser line, electrical connections, pressure and temps. Also provided a handwritten invoice with all these details. A proper operating AC and an honest competent HVAC company is vital in Arizona, and I feel we have both now.

Arizona Air Experts is great for your AC needs! Last year, we were trying to go through home warranty and had to wait 2 weeks (in the middle of summer) to be seen and were unable to get a resolution. We called Randy and he was there within 24 hours and had a fix for us that day. Our unit finally went out this year and once again, Randy was able to get us our replacement in a couple days. I would highly recommend!

I’d give this company 10 stars if I could, had a few companies come out, the first came in with a high pressure sales to my son and being rude and laughing because my son wouldn’t authorize a new unit, tried to blow the pipes with his mouth and charged a fortune $395 to do that , after he left my unit was still leaking , had another company come in just wanted to sell a new unit again, I called Arizona Air Experts was surprised they would be out in the next hour, Jayson arrived , very nice and polite, looked my entire unit over and said I’m not needing a new unit, it’s cooling fine , but exposed the problem of clogged drain pipes got the problem solved!!! I will never call anyone else except these people, and when in need for a new unit, I’ll be calling them, Thank you Jayson !!!!

Great experience with this company. AC started acting up over the weekend. Arizona Air Experts was the only company that called me back (within about an hour) on a Sunday to set up an appointment the following day. The tech who arrived, Jayson, was polite, professional, and highly competent. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within about 20 minutes, showed me exactly what the problem was (dead capacitor), and stuck around to make sure the unit was working after that (it was). And the cost was infinitely reasonable (cost of the part and service fee came out to less than $150). He also told me a bit about the unit, and what I should expect from it going forward.

When AC goes out in summer, I'm sure there are other companies that would have taken advantage of the situation and tried to sell me on a new unit (mine is nearly 15 years old). Luckily, Jayson was a straight shooter who didn't try to do anything except fix the problem at hand. These guys will definitely be my first call when I need HVAC work in the future.
