The service tech (Librado) was *very* punctual, polite, professional yet friendly, and safely-distanced himself when we spoke. He did a complete "spring tune-up" on my two rooftop Trane heat-pumps, plus re-installed a vent damper that a lazy contractor had not replaced as part of a kitchen reno. job. Librado also installed a new (provided) filter in one return air since I am unable to climb ladders or safely use a stepstool. Otherwise, I was charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone (which included a small discount). I also really appreciated the ease of paying with a debit card and the e-Invoicing. No fuss, no muss. Definitely an A+ for today!

We have had our system in since March. The whole team we had in here to install our system did a great job all around. They put down carpet protection to protect even my less-than-new floors. Lol They were professional, answered all of my questions (I ask a lot) and left no mess behind whatsoever. They helped us decide what we needed to achieve what we wanted for our home environment. I have seasonal allergies and minor pet allergies even though we have 2 cats and a dog. We also installed the air scrubber technology. That has immensely helped with allergies and helps keep my home air fresh. I highly recommend Tony and his team!!! I have referred all of my friends to use them.

My a/c went out in very hot summer temperatures and the owner of Extreme Air was not only very responsive, but went out of his way to come to my house late in the evening to fix it for me so my son and I could sleep at our house. He was professional and fixed the air conditioner without issue and just a replaced part. I was so thankful that he went out of his way to come to the house that same day and that he was honest and relatable. Would definitely call again.

These guys were great! Xtreme Air came through with Top Tier Service (their technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly) were Efficient (they arrived when they said they would, and service was quick but complete) and they were even able to accommodate a same-day appointment! Highly recommend them!

I had my AC unit completely go out on me in the middle of June and needed the entire unit replaced. I had gotten several quotes before I called Xtreme Air and was super impressed with how thorough they were in their quote. They were the only company to not only inspect the unit itself, but also got into the attic and crawl spaces to check all of my duct work and found other inefficiencies that my house had that the other companies didn't even bother looking at. They were prompt with their responses and still checked in with me weeks and months after the install to make sure everything was working properly, I would highly recommend them for your AC needs!

I am extremely happy with the outcome. Had a unit go bad and they were out and working within a week. We had a less than great roof space to work in and they were able to get the unit in and working in a day, leaving the house in great working order. I have had 2 family members also replace units with them and the experience was also great. Tony answered all my questions and also helped with understanding all of the options. Great to work with. And they were able to refer me to other contractors to handle other work I had to have done.
