Ryan and his partner were awesome! Would highly recommend there services. There realtime video and picture uploads are amazing it’s like your working with them through your system. And Ryan is truly a subject matter expert and walked me through every step. As a customer you don’t always feel you got the best bang for the buck, From setting the appointment to the work completion it has been a pleasant encounter. I will definitely be having them do more work in the future.

We noticed some debris coming from our air vents and decided to call this company after finding a great deal. Joshua and Sean arrived right on time and were both personable and professional. From the start, they made it clear that they weren’t there to push unnecessary services.

Throughout the cleaning and inspection, they kept us updated with videos and explanations so we could see exactly what was happening inside our ducts. During the inspection, they discovered some issues with our air handler and explained what was needed to get the system running more efficiently. The pricing was very fair, and they made sure to apply any available discounts.

We never felt pressured or upsold, since we were included in every step of the process. The work was done thoroughly, and we feel confident in the results. We’d gladly recommend them to anyone!

I initially bought a groupon deal and the initial team that came was good. After that I decided to get deep cleaning of 1 unit with attic cleaning,was quoted around 700$ which I thought was overpriced but since they had already been to the house I decided to go with them. I called a day ahead and confirmed the price and services with their assistant(btw no one told me that I will be charged 4% extra for credit card payment). The team started off with attic cleaning, and after that told me that I never mentioned that there was a separate unit upstairs and since they already deep cleaned. They tried to put the blame on me even though I had called the day prior and clarified the services to be done. He argued with me that it was my fault for not mentioning that there was a separate unit upstairs, even though the quote I signed clearly said that I wanted the main level deep cleaned which I had again called a day prior to confirm. No apologies were given for the behavior. I will not be hiring them again for any services ever again…

Joshua came out & had very positive energy from the get go. He was very transparent with me & provided videos of every step of the cleaning process as he went. Overall was very happy with the work & would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for similar services.

Everything was great, I can tell by the power of the blower that the vents are cleaner. Couldn't afford the full sweep. Then I tried to turn on the heat. All I'm getting is cold air. Luckily, I have an electric heater but long term use will push up my electric bill. The choices on this post are limited. I took a text message offer for $100.00 pressure clean. They added a blower drum clean which was located on the A/C unit. Not sure how/why that has impacted the heat pump. I worked fine the day before they came out.

We love having our maintenance program… Feels good to have the vents, including the dryer vent and the air conditioning coolant cleaned!! You guys do a great job! Professional, timely And very tidy.

Jesse did an amazing job! The air quality in our house is SO much better. If you have a pet or an older home, I think having him come out and clean your air ducts is the best thing you can do. He is also super reasonable on price which I also appreciated. It’s hard to find honest service providers like him. Highly recommend.

At 4:20 PM, Tuesday afternoon, today, I called twice to get a dryer vent cleaning QUOTE today. The first time, I chose the button for promotions and immediately heard mumbling, but then got put straight on hold for over 4 minutes. They answered quickly, but why?

I called back again and pushed 3 for questions. Again, I heard a mumble, and then straight to hold. I am patient, but this isn't quality customer service. I was very interested in setting up a service call, but not now.

No, I do not recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. Michael was very accommodating, super nice, and took the time to educate me throughout the process. I really appreciated how thorough and professional he was. I’ll definitely be continuing service and highly recommend him for air duct cleaning.

Ignacio and Malachi did a fantastic job cleaning my AC and dryer vents. They were both incredibly kind, personable, and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they provide great service, but they also took the time to educate me on important safety precautions related to AC and dryer ventilation. I really appreciated how quickly they got everything done and the added touch of disinfecting the areas afterward.

Ignacio was also kind enough to offer me a military discount, which meant a lot to me. Many businesses don’t always honor that, so I truly appreciate it when someone takes the time to do so.

They also provide video footage of the cleanings, showing both the before and after—and let me tell you, the images I received were absolutely astonishing. I couldn't believe this apartment was listed as move-in ready, and honestly, neither could Ignacio and Malachi.

What stood out the most is that they follow the same rule I live by: leave the place better than you found it. That kind of care and respect earns a solid 5-star rating from me. Highly recommend!

I haven't had any duct work done in the last 8 years in a home with 5 dogs. They cleaned all the ducts, my dryer vent and were very pleasant to interact with. Devon and his co-worker whose name I can't recall were both very courteous and professional.

I'm not put off by the bait and switch sales tactic because I expected it, but it is worth mentioning here.

The $95 whole house duct cleaning being offered by their appointment setters isn't for houses that actually need the ducts cleaned. You should budget between $400- $1K for a deep clean if you don't get it done annually.

Just had a great experience with Juan and Francisco from The Top Hatter. I called to get a roof dryer vent cleaned out. They were very thorough and discovered an unexpected issue with the vent in my attic. Fortunately they were able to fully resolve it right away! I'll definitely be calling them back for a cleaning again next year.
